We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Automation Specialist with proficiency in Marketo to join our Greater Asia regional team. Collaborate with country teams to build and maintain automated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, and lead scoring to drive better outcomes.
Implement regional best practices for data management, lead tracking, and performance measurement, ensuring seamless integration between Marketo and Salesforce.
Develop and maintain prepopulated templates tailored to various use cases, enabling efficient campaign execution.
Act as the guardian of the automation process , ensuring all programs align with commercial excellence standards.

Provide training and support to team members on Marketo usage, governance, and automation best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience working in a marketing or digital agency is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, with proficiency in platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Practical experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce, with a solid understanding of how data automation supports marketing strategies.
Strong grasp of marketing principles and strategies, particularly in lead generation and customer engagement — ideally within a B2B environment.
Proven success in developing and executing effective marketing automation campaigns.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and across countries, influencing diverse stakeholders.

- Develop effective people connections and coordinate work with the internal teams, namely marketing campaign teams, Marketing Solutions, and Key Account Managers
- Use agile testing (A / B, multivariate) to step change toward improved results over time
- Ensure meaningful Performance Marketing insights and reporting
- Able to provide troubleshooting support for external parties for campaign optimization on Google and Facebook
- Managing and optimizing ads on Google and Facebook, while concurrently owning day-to-day optimization of campaigns
- Routinely analyze, review and report campaign performance
- Identify opportunity areas for growth and improvement
- Work closely with other digital marketing/campaigns members to ensure that media is aligned to business objectives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 3 - 5 years experience managing online campaigns and performance marketing
(shopping preferable)
- Experience with Facebook and Google ad buys and execution
- Expert fluency with customer acquisition methodologies including optimising cost
per acquisition, retention and lifetime value metrics
- Analytical - high competency with Google analytics, Excel (and the rest of MS Office)
and a good head for numbers and working with large data sets
- Self-starter who can hit the ground running and a passion for achieving great things
- Demonstrable interest in e-commerce marketing and the knowledge of other online
marketing channels and their interactions with each other
- Understanding of commercial indicators, market conditions and competitors
- Ability to deliver work on time and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Hands-on approach with very strong attention to detail
