We are inviting dynamic trainers and facilitators to join the Healing Village Johor initiative, supported by UNDP’s Social Enterprise Capacity Grant.
This is not a full-time role, but a freelance opportunity for those who want to contribute their skills, passion, and time towards uplifting society – especially B40 families, women, youth, and Orang Asli communities.
What You’ll Do
- Be trained as a Healing Village Master Trainer (via a 5-day Training of Trainers program).
- Facilitate community workshops on wellness, breathwork, tourism storytelling, or digital marketing.
- Guide and empower local families to create income opportunities in the wellness tourism ecosystem.
- Work alongside hotels, tourism partners, and cross-border initiatives (e.g., Tunamaya & Singapore market).
Requirements
- Trainers, facilitators, educators, coaches, or wellness enthusiasts.
- Passionate about uplifting communities and open to new learning.
- Able to commit time between Nov 2025 – Mar 2026 for outreach activities.
- Experience in wellness, education, tourism, digital skills, or community work is a plus – but heart and passion matter most.
