We’re seeking a compassionate Special Education Teacher to support our students. You'll create an inclusive, nurturing environment and work closely with families and staff to help each child grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ abilities and learning needs
- Develop and implement individualized NEPs
- Modify curriculum and create tailored lesson plans
- Teach students with mild to moderate disabilities
- Monitor academic progress and behavioral development
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff
- Address behavioral concerns and implement interventions
- Plan engaging activities to support learning and life skills
- Prepare students for grade-level transitions
- Mentor and support staff working with students with disabilities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in special education or a related role
- Strong knowledge of special education strategies and NEP development
- Patient, adaptable, and resilient personality

Association of Resource & Education for Autistic Children (Lions REACh) is a community service-based organization that provides free educational programmes and services for persons with autism and their families. We are a dedicated team working with parents to support children with autism in improving their development (self-help skills, mental development, social skills, speech & communication skills, motor skills) and achieving independence in daily living.
Lions REACh offers a total of 23 programs and 9 services for persons with autism. We strive to create a "family-like" environment at our centre, where parents and teachers collaborate with children. Our goal is for children with autism to live normally within the community. We are seeking enthusiastic, driven, and passionate individuals to teach and guide our children with special needs.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each child.
- Prepare resources for lessons.
- Implement IEPs and lesson plans, and teach accordingly.
- Assess children's progress and prepare progress reports.
- Plan, evaluate, and conduct group programmes as assigned.
- Perform related work as required.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Special Education Teacher located in Petaling Jaya. The Special Education Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans, teaching students with disabilities, enhancing communication and motor skills, and preparing them for mainstream education. Daily tasks include instructing, assessing, and supporting students in a classroom setting while collaborating with other educational staff and caregivers to ensure comprehensive development.

- Market Shaping Support
- Assist in clinical market shaping initiatives across the covered portfolios, including quality improvement program, case study development, and support for pilots or value-based messaging.

- Operational & Cross-Functional Collaboration

What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, or a related clinical field.
- At least 4 years of clinical experience in hospital settings (ICU, ED, oncology, or vascular access preferred).
- At least 2 years of clinical marketing role with regional experience is preferred.
- Experience delivering or coordinating education sessions for healthcare professionals. Familiarity with infusion-related products (vascular catheters, closed systems, infusion pumps) is advantageous.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coordination skills across diverse teams and geographies. Ability to travel regionally (up to 70%) and manage virtual engagement across countries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, and digital learning platforms (e.g., LMS, Zoom, Teams).
