We are seeking a passionate Ecommerce Operations Project Coordinator who will be connecting difference marketing functions to successfully execute ecommerce campaigns and other ecommerce operational needs.
This driven person will also need to manage relationship with Lazada and Shopee to learn about the latest tools and updates from the platforms. The candidate will be considered a key member of PRISM+ overseas expansion team and will report to Country Director of Malaysia.

- Execute checklist of actionable during campaigns.
- Plan for campaign pricing for approval
- Work with creative, marketplace platforms after campaign pricing confirmed.
- Handle CRM executive
- Create/Improve sku listings to ensure our customer experiences are the best.
- Handle all our website ( banners and freebies updates.
- Submit sales and inventory forecast to operation team for them to plan manpower allocation.
- Handle competitor research
- Proficient in Amazon Seller Centre Portal (>1 years of Experience).
- Proficient in Shopify portal (>1 year of Experience).
- Proficient in Excel.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing, or any relevant course of studies.
