Who We Need
We're looking for a Senior Ecommerce Operations Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day ecommerce operations and growth execution. This is a hands-on, leadership-track role: you'll run the daily machine at first, ensuring flawless execution of campaigns, reporting, and operations - while building the systems and team that will allow us to scale.

Key Responsibilities (But Not Limited To)
Ecommerce Operations & Execution (Hands-On)
- Ensure all campaigns, promotions, and new product launches go live flawlessly and on time across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
- Coordinate localization and adaptation of creative assets for new markets.
- Manage inventory coordination and shipment-related communications.
- Upload camapigns on Shopee, Lazada & TikTok
- Manage email campaigns and flows
- Execute and monitor A/B split-tests for advertorials, landing pages, and funnels.
- Maintain and execute a sales & promotions calendar to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Deliver accurate daily reports on sales, ROAS, and profit by category/product.
- Build SOPs for campaign launches, CS workflows, and reporting.
- Continuously improve efficiency of operations and marketing execution.
- Lead the launch and scaling of our affiliate/KOL program.
- Drive ad-hoc growth initiatives such as partner kits, onboarding flows, and live stream setup.
- Expand into B2B partnerships by introducing ErgoLab products into hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups.
- Hire and onboard new team members (CS, operations support, designers, etc.) as the brand scales.
- Own accountability for profitable growth across all ecommerce channels.
- Act as the operational right-hand to the CEO, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in ecommerce operations/management with D2C brand experience.
- Proven track record of running or scaling ecommerce stores end-to-end.
- Strong familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify or similar CMS, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
- Experience with ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and email tools (Klaviyo or similar).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical ability: confident producing daily sales/ROAS/profit reporting.
- Hands-on mindset, with the ambition to grow into a broader leadership role.
- Direct experience managing ecommerce stores across multiple Southeast Asian markets (e.g., Thailand, Malaysia) is a strong plus.
