We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Ecommerce Marketing Director to lead and drive the strategic growth of our clients' portfolios across both proprietary ecommerce platforms and marketplaces within the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing strategies, and marketplace management (Shopee, Lazada, etc.), along with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering exceptional growth and ROI in multi-channel ecommerce environments.
You will be the primary contact with our commercial team and brand and other partners from operational decision making to both offsite and onsite marketing. You will have full responsibility for the team's offsite marketing, onsite planning and execution and profitability. You will manage both external and internal stakeholders as we work closely with our team of Content House, Commercial and Finance.
The role presents opportunities to apply analytical and strategic planning skills to increase online sales and generate leads for well-known international brands. You will be the subject matter expert in performance marketing & CRM and play a crucial role in driving growth and direction of digital marketing for the clients.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for the SEA region, aligning with business objectives to enhance client visibility, sales, and market share across ecommerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to optimize digital marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for key client portfolios, managing expectations, and ensuring the successful execution of their ecommerce strategies across multiple channels. Collaborate closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive optimal solutions for clients, providing insights, performance updates, and recommendations to enhance their ecommerce presence.
- Ensure seamless integration and management of clients' ecommerce operations across proprietary platforms and major marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, etc. Stay abreast of marketplace developments and leverage opportunities to improve sales performance, customer acquisition, and retention.

We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance our social media presence across various platforms, including Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok. This role involves developing strategic social media plans that align with our brand and product objectives, creating engaging content, and conducting market research to inform operational strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management within the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry. Key Responsibilities •
Social Media Management : Oversee daily operations and content updates for all company social media platforms. •
Strategic Planning : Develop and implement social media operation strategies and content planning to enhance brand awareness and influence. •
Content Creation : Edit and publish diverse marketing and promotional copy, enriching social media content to increase user engagement and fan activity. •
Online Engagement : Organize and manage online Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions and panel discussion to strengthen brand influence and community interaction. •
Market Research : Conduct market research to collect and analyze competing products and industry-related data, providing insights for operational strategy formulation. Qualifications •
Education : Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, journalism, English, or related fields is preferred. •
Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the blockchain, Web 3, and cryptocurrency industries; experience in crypto exchanges is a plus. •
Experience : 2-3 years of experience in social media operations, with priority given to candidates who have demonstrated successful operational cases. Proficiency in Twitter operations are highly valued. •
Language Proficiency : Fluency in English and Chinese as working languages. •
Skills : Proficiency in managing major social media platforms and strong copywriting skills.
