They play a vital role in boosting the user experience by ensuring the smooth delivery of top-notch services that meet and exceed customer demands. Currently, their data management team is handling data integration for more than 100 large FMCG companies throughout the Southeast Asia Region. They are looking for a Software Engineer to join their Data Management team.

The new role

  • Participate in the software development life-cycle
  • Perform system testing and documentation whenever necessary
  • Analyze and design new core modules
  • Participate in the creation of new Cloud services and products
  • Perform unit testing and system integration testing
  • Maintain and support project post-implementation activities

Requirements to succeed

You should have at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or relevant fields with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a related field.

Day-to-day, you will:

Team Leadership & Development

· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of frontend developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
· Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and create individual development plans for team members to support growth, training, and career progression.
· Ensure the team's well-being, motivation, and engagement by fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
· Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and encourage cross-functional collaboration

Technical Oversight & Strategy

· Provide technical guidance and code review for complex frontend implementations
· Establish and maintain coding standards, best practices, and development workflows
· Stay current with frontend technologies and evaluate new tools/frameworks for team adoption
· Ensure technical solutions align with broader product and business objectives

Process Management & Delivery

· Design and implement clear, efficient development processes that scale with team growth
· Drive sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives using agile methodologies
· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, decisions, and technical architecture
· Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other departments to ensure clear communication and successful project execution
· Identify bottlenecks and systematically remove obstacles blocking team progress

Stakeholder Management

· Translate business requirements into technical specifications and realistic timelines
· Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
· Manage expectations and negotiate scope/timeline adjustments when necessary
· Provide regular status updates and escalate risks proactively
· Build strong relationships with Product, Design, and Backend teams

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• 6+ years of frontend development experience with at least 2 years in a lead/senior role
• Expert-level proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization
• Familiarity with backend technologies and API design principles
• Experience with micro-frontend architectures and module federation
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical blog writing
• Experience with design systems and component library development
• Familiarity with mobile development (React Native, Flutter) is a plus

We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Specialist – .NET Web Development to join our Group Technical Delivery team. You will lead the development and modernization of enterprise-grade web applications using the Microsoft stack, with a focus on scalable architecture, CI/CD automation, and adoption of AI-assisted development tools. Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise web applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core/MVC).
  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs, contributing to secure and scalable backend services.
  • Guide solution architecture, code quality, and performance tuning to meet business needs.

Our Client is seeking an experienced Web Frontend Development Team Lead to manage and guide a squad of 5-7 engineers. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in modern web technologies with exceptional leadership skills to drive innovation in our data visualization and user interface development. This role demands a hands-on leader who can architect sophisticated web applications while fostering team growth and delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 frontend engineers, overseeing their technical growth, project assignments, and professional development
  • Drive and facilitate architectural decisions and technical excellence in frontend development, ensuring best practices in React, Angular, and modern web technologies
  • Design and implement scalable frontend architectures for complex data visualization and analytics dashboards
  • Guide the team in developing responsive, performant, and accessible web applications
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend teams to define technical requirements and ensure seamless integration
  • Establish and maintain frontend development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices
  • Lead code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning sessions
  • Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and team performance tracking
  • Foster a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within the team
  • Participate in hiring and team building activities to maintain a strong engineering culture

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of frontend development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
  • Strong expertise in React and Angular frameworks, including state management solutions
  • Deep understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Experience with frontend build tools, bundlers, and modern development workflows
  • Proven track record of leading frontend development teams and delivering complex web applications
  • Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques
  • Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
  • Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks and testing methodologies
  • Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD practices
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, etc.)
  • Knowledge of WebSocket and real-time data handling
  • Familiarity with microfrontend architectures
