The Role
The role of the Early Careers & Campus (EC&C) Recruiter is responsible to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our client's early careers and campus recruitment program; in line with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience, working in conjunction with onsite and offshore colleagues.
This role supports, engages and work closely with targeted Universities, vendors and key internal and external stakeholders to recruit the brightest young talent into the bank.
What you will do:
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding for mass/volume hiring projects.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Screening and Interviewing:
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in mass/volume hiring.
Develop and Manage Relationships:
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with student organizations, career services, and faculty to enhance campus recruiting efforts.
- Create engaging job descriptions, recruitment marketing materials, and social media content to attract early career talent.
Regular Follow-Ups:
- Conduct regular follow-ups with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and strategies based on data and candidate feedback.
Skills & Experience
- Minimally 5 to 8 years experience managing campus hiring; preferable in the banking and financial services sector
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume interns, fresh graduates or management associates recruitment projects.
- Ability to work independently with HR Heads and Business Leaders, universities; displaying strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to multi-task with volume and attention to detail, a problem solver, client service mindset
- Thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous environment with ability to manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines
- Proven MS-Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Our Graduate Program provides an immersive experience in our company from day 1.
The program starts with a
one-week Global Induction
in Milan with trainings and activities led by the Prysmian Academy in collaboration with a Top-Ranking Business School.
Following your induction, you will be part of a
one-year job rotation
in 2 different departments: Research & Development and Operations in one of our production sites.
After the first year of rotation, you will take a role in the Country you have been hired in for 12 months aligned to business needs and your interests. The position will be technical, mainly based in one of our production sites, strongly linked to the core of our business.
Then, after completing your second year, you will start your

- TADIKA (4 – 6 years old) in a preschool environment.
What We're Looking For:
· Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
· Obtained a KAP Certificate will be an added advantage.
· Passionate about teaching and love working with children.
· Able to communicate well in English (additional languages are a plus).
· Responsible, disciplined, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: RM1, RM1,900.00 per month
