KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To manage brand’s local, and international SEO and SEM efforts using google and meta platform.
Conducting market and consumer research andbeing abreast of emerging digital trends, tools and platforms and implement accordingly.
Performing digital marketing analytics, preparing reports, and sharing key insights with the team to develop optimisation plans, including managing platforms for outreach and possible international stockist on a monthly basis
Full spectrum digital ads management, including but not limited to, ad buy, conceptualising content, implementing effective campaigns, analysing data, and evaluating campaign performance based on the planned marketing calendar
Maintaining and regularly updating website and other digital company presence, and to improve overall client web UX.
Inventory management and evaluating sales performance online and in retail locations.
Implementing and improving e-commerce SOP and to recommend a improvement project on a quarterly basis
Coordinating with relevant parties and agencies to ensure consistency in marketing strategies across all channels.
Marketing team support and ad-hoc support to the relevant teams, including but not limited to events support, client relationship management, and retail operations.
Global luxury e-commerce operations.
Budget planning and review
Evaluating and improving ROAS
Measure, assess, implement and optimise digital performance Metrics
To lead and collaborate with the company’s digital agencies.
Periodic visit to the Flagship to understand business marketing needs
Role requirements
A degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of Shopify and proven expertise in e-commerce.
Proficiency of social media platforms, and digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics,NetInsight, WebTrends etc.
Proven expertise in B2C social media, email campaigns and SEO/SEM. (Mailchimp preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An eye for luxury branding, and a keen understanding of its nuances.
Initiative and resilience.
The ability to prioritise work, and complete tasks diligently in a fast-paced environment.
The drive to work well with a team, and/or on their own.
The willingness to learn.
At least 2 years of work experience in a relevant field.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator.
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft office
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager or Management
Candidates with an advantage:
Experience in digital marketing agency.
Prior experience in luxury.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin deal with Mandarin speaking customers.
Experience and interest in video production and/or video editing tools such as iMovie, Premiere Pro etc.

- Develop and execute eCommerce strategies to drive sales growth on TikTok.
- Lead customer acquisition efforts through TikTok Shop, paid ads, livestreams, and affiliate.
- Plan and manage key campaigns (e.g., special offers, flash sales) on TikTok, analyzing trends to optimize spend and increase ROI.
- Build relationships with key account managers to ensure the smooth campaign execution.

- Allocate budget and run A/B testing to optimize ads across shop tabs, livestreams, and products.
Livestream Management
- Oversee the planning and execution of livestreams and manage monthly live schedule.
- Recruit, train and manage live hosts, ensuring they are equipped with product knowledge and audience engagement strategies.
- Adjust livestream offers and product displays in real-time to boost conversion rates.
- Track livestream metrics such as viewer count, engagement rate, and sales performance to inform future strategies.
Operations & Logistics
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the eCommerce platforms, ensuring an optimal user experience.
- Manage inventory by coordinating between online and offline stock levels and ensure proper implementation of promotional mechanisms (e.g., bundles, discounts, vouchers).
- Work closely with the logistics and fulfilment team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Provide regular performance analysis against forecasts, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports on sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing eCommerce platforms or livestream execution.
- Proficiency in TikTok ads, eCommerce tools and livestream optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and optimizing performance metrics .

- Work closely with the product manager to support go-to-market strategies and product offerings via B2B channels.
- Assist in developing business strategies for e-commerce growth, customer acquisition, and sales optimization.
- Define, communicate, and execute a clear vision for the platform's success, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
- Manage and update B2B e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Work closely with reseller partners to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring the platform meets their requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners, helping them leverage the platform's content and capabilities effectively.
- Develop and implement a targeted partner recruitment strategy to expand the reseller network and drive sales adoption.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and technological advancements that impact the B2B ecommerce landscape.
- Work directly with TD SYNNEX IT team on functionality and/or any developmental initiatives.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the platform's go-to-market strategies.
- Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Support marketing teams on digital campaigns, EDMs, and promotional initiatives tailored for B2B e-commerce.
- 3-5 Years of experience in B2B e-commerce or digital marketing roles of work experience.
- Proven track record of supporting or leading go-to-market campaigns.
- Experience working in channel distribution or IT/reseller industries is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience managing B2B digital platforms and optimizing performance.
- Familiarity with product information management (PIM) and e-catalog systems.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.

Assist in developing business strategies for e-commerce growth, customer acquisition, and sales optimization.
Define, communicate, and execute a clear vision for the platform's success, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
Manage and update B2B e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Work closely with reseller partners to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring the platform meets their requirements.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners, helping them leverage the platform's content and capabilities effectively.
Develop and implement a targeted partner recruitment strategy to expand the reseller network and drive sales adoption.
Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and technological advancements that impact the B2B ecommerce landscape.
Work directly with TD SYNNEX IT team on functionality and/or any developmental initiatives.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the platform's go-to-market strategies.
Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Support marketing teams on digital campaigns, EDMs, and promotional initiatives tailored for B2B e-commerce.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
3-5 Years of experience in B2B e-commerce or digital marketing roles of work experience.
Proven track record of supporting or leading go-to-market campaigns.
Experience working in channel distribution or IT/reseller industries is a strong plus.
Hands-on experience managing B2B digital platforms and optimizing performance.
Familiarity with product information management (PIM) and e-catalog systems.
Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above)
Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our TikTok Shop and Shopee store, ensuring smooth operations and optimization.
- Plan and participate in marketplace campaigns to maximize brand visibility and sales.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to enhance conversion rates.
- Manage the onboarding, scheduling, and performance of internal & external livestream hosts.
- Plan and execute engaging livestream sessions to drive brand engagement and sales.
- Ensure seamless livestream execution, from content planning to technical setup.
- Create highly engaging, trendy, and brand-relevant TikTok videos to increase brand awareness and love.
- Develop creative content ideas, including scripting, planning, and executing engaging videos.
- Be a content talent – willing to appear in videos and brand photos to connect with our audience.
- Shoot and edit video content efficiently for daily posting across TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, viral challenges, and industry best practices to keep content fresh and engaging.
What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop and/or Shopee store.
Independent, self-motivated, and able to grow brand & provide ideas with minimal support.
Strong understanding of Tiktok and Shopee Livestream and have experience in managing & growing livestream sales.
Experience in working with affiliates/KOLs to generate high quality UGC contents.
Strong understanding of TikTok trends, viral content, and audience engagement.
Background in fashion or beauty industry OR a strong eye for fashion and aesthetics.
Comfortable appearing on camera as a content talent.
Experience in video shooting and editing (TikTok/Reels preferred).
