KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To manage brand’s local, and international SEO and SEM efforts using google and meta platform.
Conducting market and consumer research andbeing abreast of emerging digital trends, tools and platforms and implement accordingly.
Performing digital marketing analytics, preparing reports, and sharing key insights with the team to develop optimisation plans, including managing platforms for outreach and possible international stockist on a monthly basis
Full spectrum digital ads management, including but not limited to, ad buy, conceptualising content, implementing effective campaigns, analysing data, and evaluating campaign performance based on the planned marketing calendar
Maintaining and regularly updating website and other digital company presence, and to improve overall client web UX.
Inventory management and evaluating sales performance online and in retail locations.
Implementing and improving e-commerce SOP and to recommend a improvement project on a quarterly basis
Coordinating with relevant parties and agencies to ensure consistency in marketing strategies across all channels.
Marketing team support and ad-hoc support to the relevant teams, including but not limited to events support, client relationship management, and retail operations.
Global luxury e-commerce operations.
Budget planning and review
Evaluating and improving ROAS
Measure, assess, implement and optimise digital performance Metrics
To lead and collaborate with the company’s digital agencies.
Periodic visit to the Flagship to understand business marketing needs
Role requirements
A degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of Shopify and proven expertise in e-commerce.
Proficiency of social media platforms, and digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics,NetInsight, WebTrends etc.
Proven expertise in B2C social media, email campaigns and SEO/SEM. (Mailchimp preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An eye for luxury branding, and a keen understanding of its nuances.
Initiative and resilience.
The ability to prioritise work, and complete tasks diligently in a fast-paced environment.
The drive to work well with a team, and/or on their own.
The willingness to learn.
At least 2 years of work experience in a relevant field.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator.
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft office
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager or Management
Candidates with an advantage:
Experience in digital marketing agency.
Prior experience in luxury.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin deal with Mandarin speaking customers.
Experience and interest in video production and/or video editing tools such as iMovie, Premiere Pro etc.

Role Overview:
TheDigital Marketing Specialist also known as our Traffic Acquisition Specialist is responsible for driving high-quality traffic to our e-commerce platforms through a multi-channel strategy. This role requires expertise in SEO, paid search, paid social, influencer marketing, and marketplace advertising (Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
Responsibilities
1. To lead & execute the 3P Marketplace Advertising (Lazada/Shopee Sponsored Ads) for Decathlon (MY + SG)
Optimize and manage paid advertising strategies on e-commerce marketplaces like Lazada and Shopee
Analyze marketplace trends, competition, and performance data to improve ad efficiency
Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to plan and execute online campaigns and promotions aligned with marketplace calendars
Run and optimize sponsored ads (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions) to drive traffic, sales, and ROI
Track store performance metrics, generate weekly reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement
2. Collaborate & support the performance marketing strategy for Decathlon Malaysia
Collaborate with Performance Marketing Lead to create cohesive performance marketing strategy for Decathlon Malaysia
Support & execute marketing campaigns across various digital marketing channels (Google / Meta etc.) to drive quality traffic & sales
Optimise my targeting & messages to the right user audience in the most efficient way possible.
Ensure that my marketing channels are bringing quality traffic & sales at the right CPM, CPC & ROAS
Work with the relevant internal / external stakeholders to strategise & launch local campaigns according to business objectives.
3. Analyse performances & provide actionable recommendations on a regular basis
Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights for continuous improvement
Monitor customer acquisition costs (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and other key metrics
Create & monitor performance marketing dashboards & reports for visibility
Provide data-driven insights on a monthly basis to optimise performance across different channels
KPIs
Traffic Growth: Increase organic and paid traffic to e-commerce platforms.(website, Mobile APP, Lazada, Shopee, etc.)
Online Revenue Growth: Increase turnover to ecommerce platforms using organic & paid media
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS): Ensure profitability and efficiency of paid media campaigns
Cost per acquisition (CPA): Optimize spending to acquire customers efficiently
Cost per Click (CPC): Optimise performance marketing campaigns to bring in quality traffic at the right CPC
Marketplace Ad Performance: Measure revenue growth and ROAS from Lazada/Shopee ads

Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and enhance user experience to drive organic traffic.
Monitor and improve site rankings, domain authority, and overall SEO performance.
Paid Media Management
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Manage ad budgets efficiently and track campaign performance against KPIs.
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and affiliates to drive brand awareness and sales.
Develop partnership strategies with influencers across social media and e-commerce platforms.
Track influencer performance metrics and ROI.
Marketplace Advertising (Lazada/Shopee Sponsored Ads)
Optimize and manage paid advertising strategies on e-commerce marketplaces like Lazada and Shopee.
