Responsibilities

  • Oversee the spectrum of the e-commerce operation.

  • Manage E-Commerce platform to generate business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop strong partnerships with principal and platform personnel.

  • Develop and communicate key priorities of the E-Commerce business to team members, leadership team and cross-functional partners.

  • Design marketing materials (e.g., posters, page designs).

  • Resolve issues related to the e-commerce business.



Qualifications

  • Diploma or higher

  • 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce or a related field is preferred

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and English

Overview

The Head of Digital Strategy & E-Commerce will lead our digital marketing efforts and drive ecommerce growth for our clients. As the Head of Digital Strategy & E-Commerce, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital strategies that align with our clients' business objectives and drive measurable results.   • P&L Management: Oversee the ecommerce budget to ensure the team has the appropriate structure and resources to meet client expectations while maintaining profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing ecommerce team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Growth products/ ecommerce solutions: Identify and develop innovative ecommerce solutions and growth products to drive revenue. This includes staying current with industry trends, leveraging new technologies, and collaborating with internal teams to bring new offerings to market.

Responsibilities

  • Deep understanding of the Southeast Asian market, particularly language-specific markets, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technologies, including content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and e-commerce analytics tools.
