Overview
The E-Commerce Marketing Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the activation, engagement, and retention of the bank's digital business clientele within the e-Wallet, e-Payment, and broader e-Commerce solutions portfolio. Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesFunctional (job responsibilities):
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies and activation campaigns to drive user adoption, engagement, and sustained usage of e-Wallet, e-Payment, and e-Commerce solutions.
- Identify key customer segments and analyze user onboarding funnels and usage patterns to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
Customer Engagement & Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the e-commerce business clientele from a usage perspective, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction with digital payment products.
- Develop and implement customer lifecycle programs, including onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back initiatives.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback related to product usage to inform continuous improvement efforts.
E-Payment Solutions Expertise & Insights:
- Maintain deep subject matter expertise on the bank's e-payment solutions, processes, and operations, staying current on industry news, trends, and competitive landscapes related to user behavior and engagement.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate usage insights into actionable product improvements and new feature requirements.
Business Development & Promotion Execution:
- Plan and execute targeted promotions, offers, and marketing events specifically designed to boost usage and loyalty within the PFS Digital Business.
- Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and effective channel utilization for usage-driven campaigns.
- Manage and plan for Business Projects related to usage and activation initiatives, including CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) and OPEX (Operating Expenditure) budgeting and forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with Technology (Tech) and Operations (Ops) teams to ensure seamless implementation of usage-driving features and campaigns.
Process Improvement & Governance:
- Adopt and implement industry best practices to support PFS (Payment & Financial Services) in improving governance, market responsiveness, and customer service delivery related to product usage.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team and product marketing specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support the professional development of team members.
Education/Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology or related field.
Experience/Requirements
- 7 years and above experience in product marketing, digital marketing, customer engagement, or product management, with a strong focus on driving usage and activation in e-commerce, digital payments, or FinTech.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing marketing campaigns that led to measurable increases in product usage, activation, or retention.
- 3 years and above experience in a leadership or managerial role, with demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
- Experience in managing projects, particularly those involving digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, or product feature rollouts.

Key Responsibilities
As the E-commerce Marketing, Strategy & Planning Senior Associate at ADA , you will be in charge of planning, executing campaigns, monitor, and optimize performance for e-commerce marketing activities, including but not limited to paid ads, display ads, and affiliate marketing . This is an exciting role, enable you with full skillset of overseeing campaign strategy, implementation, trafficking, and analysis with widen of campaign types in across marketplace platforms (Lazada/Shopee/Tiki / TikTok ).
You will wo r k closely with Commercial Manager/ Commercial Associate on assigned accounts to deliver high performance e-commerce marketing activities across the marketplace platforms . You will be proficient in managing client campaigns including strategy development and planning, campaign execution and analysis, providing regular insights and recommendations. You will lead the entire campaign planning – proposal – execution – evaluation and optimization cycle for the next campaign. You will participate in relevant internal and external training programs for personal and professional development . You will work with enthusiastic regional and local ADA leaders and colleagues, and have ability to access to ADA's professional systems and tools that effectively support your daily work.
What skills and experience you will need?
2- 3 years of working experience in e-commerce marketing/ digital performance marketing on marketplace platform, e-commerce enablement agency, or online business team at client side. Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and TikTok Shop. Strong understanding of marketplace mechanics, especially around traffic acquisition, conversion, and media buying. Skilled in campaign analysis and reporting, with the ability to draw insights and recommend optimizations using tools like Excel and Power BI. Effective communicator with the ability to clearly present strategies, performance updates, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Experience collaborating with internal teams (Commercial, Creative, Operations) and external platform representatives. Highly accountable with a proactive mindset, capable of managing campaigns end-to-end. Proficient in budget management and performance tracking. Fluent in writing and speaking skills in English .

Role Overview:
TheDigital Marketing Specialist also known as our Traffic Acquisition Specialist is responsible for driving high-quality traffic to our e-commerce platforms through a multi-channel strategy. This role requires expertise in SEO, paid search, paid social, influencer marketing, and marketplace advertising (Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
Responsibilities
1. To lead & execute the 3P Marketplace Advertising (Lazada/Shopee Sponsored Ads) for Decathlon (MY + SG)
Optimize and manage paid advertising strategies on e-commerce marketplaces like Lazada and Shopee
Analyze marketplace trends, competition, and performance data to improve ad efficiency
Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to plan and execute online campaigns and promotions aligned with marketplace calendars
Run and optimize sponsored ads (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions) to drive traffic, sales, and ROI
Track store performance metrics, generate weekly reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement
2. Collaborate & support the performance marketing strategy for Decathlon Malaysia
Collaborate with Performance Marketing Lead to create cohesive performance marketing strategy for Decathlon Malaysia
Support & execute marketing campaigns across various digital marketing channels (Google / Meta etc.) to drive quality traffic & sales
Optimise my targeting & messages to the right user audience in the most efficient way possible.
Ensure that my marketing channels are bringing quality traffic & sales at the right CPM, CPC & ROAS
Work with the relevant internal / external stakeholders to strategise & launch local campaigns according to business objectives.
3. Analyse performances & provide actionable recommendations on a regular basis
Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights for continuous improvement
Monitor customer acquisition costs (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and other key metrics
Create & monitor performance marketing dashboards & reports for visibility
Provide data-driven insights on a monthly basis to optimise performance across different channels
