Job Requirements

E-Commerce Website Management:

  • Manage and maintain the Mossery e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for customers.
  • Monitor website performance, load times, and functionality, and address issues promptly.
  • Implement and update product listings, ensuring accuracy and appealing product displays.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and manage promotions, campaigns, and sales events.

Inventory and Stock Management:

  • Oversee inventory levels and stock availability on the e-commerce platform.
  • Monitor product demand and restock products as needed to prevent stockouts.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient order fulfillment and shipping.

Customer Experience Enhancement:

  • Implement features and processes that improve the overall customer shopping experience.
  • Monitor and manage customer reviews, ratings, and feedback.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

Data Analytics:

  • Utilise data analytics tools and platforms to gain insights into website performance and customer behavior.
  • Generate reports on key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for e-commerce strategy enhancement.

Marketing Campaign Support

  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads).
  • Coordinate campaign timelines and content uploads on the e-commerce platform.
  • Ensure all marketing content on the website is up-to-date and aligned with ongoing campaigns.
  • Assist in performance tracking of marketing activities through analytics

E-Commerce Trends and Innovations:

  • Stay informed about e-commerce industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in the e-commerce space.
  • Research and propose new features or tools to enhance the e-commerce platform.

    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, e-commerce, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce platform management, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce content management systems (Shopify, Etsy, Shopee) and other platforms.

Job Purpose:

The Senior e-Commerce Marketing Specialist at Tec D Distribution plays a key role in driving the success of our white-label B2B ecommerce platform. This role focuses on empowering our reseller partners to compete effectively by enabling them to market and sell Tec D’s product offerings more efficiently.

The specialist is responsible for executing go-to-market strategies, supporting partner recruitment and onboarding, and working closely with product managers to align marketing initiatives with business goals. This includes developing marketing plans, analyzing market and competitor trends, and continuously enhancing the platform’s value proposition.

Our ecommerce platform is a strategic tool that helps partners accelerate sales, streamline operations, and deliver stronger customer engagement. The role requires a strong grasp of B2B marketing, digital strategy, and partner enablement within the IT distribution ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the product manager to support go-to-market strategies and product offerings via B2B channels. Assist in developing business strategies for e-commerce growth, customer acquisition, and sales optimization. Define, communicate, and execute a clear vision for the platform's success, aligning with the company's overall objectives. Manage and update B2B e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Work closely with reseller partners to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring the platform meets their requirements. Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners, helping them leverage the platform's content and capabilities effectively. Develop and implement a targeted partner recruitment strategy to expand the reseller network and drive sales adoption. Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and technological advancements that impact the B2B ecommerce landscape. Work directly with TD SYNNEX IT team on functionality and/or any developmental initiatives. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the platform's go-to-market strategies. Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvements. Support marketing teams on digital campaigns, EDMs, and promotional initiatives tailored for B2B e-commerce.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

3-5 Years of experience in B2B e-commerce or digital marketing roles of work experience. Proven track record of supporting or leading go-to-market campaigns.
