Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop online growth strategies, campaigns, and channel initiatives that enhance business visibility and digital performance.

What We're Looking For
  • eCommerce Expertise : You have 4–5 years of hands-on experience managing eCommerce platforms, with a proven track record of driving growth. Experience in regional or international markets (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia) is a strong advantage.
  • Multilingual Communication : Fluent in English, Malay, and Chinese, and you’re able to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across different markets.
  • Tech-Savvy & Analytical : Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital analytics tools, you’re equipped to monitor performance and identify trends.

This position will also work with agencies to ensure strategic optimization initiatives are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Build monitor and optimize Ecommerce campaigns across Facebook, Google, Shopee, Lazada and other Ecommerce platforms
  • Ensure campaigns are set-up according to best practices and brief, drive maximum efficiency and optimum performance in campaign set-up, optimizations, budget/spend management, etc.
  • Maintain reporting, analyze performance, and develop action plans
  • Optimize performance based on business goals (ROAS, GMV, CPA, etc)
  • Manage budget optimization, pacing, and forecasting
  • Identify and test emerging opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop processes to streamline operations

  • Tech savvy and comfortable using search, social and display ad management tools (AdWords Editor & Facebook Power Editor etc.)
  • Creative experience is a plus (writing ad copy etc.)

About the role:

The Catalog Specialist - Digital is responsible for managing the end-to-end catalog process, from article creation and data enrichment to coordinating pricing uploads and marketplace readiness.They will work cross-functionally with the Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Studio, and Content teams to ensure all product information is complete, accurate, and delivered on time for a seamless customer experience across both owned platforms and marketplaces.Attention to detail, operational ownership, and strong coordination skills are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Information Management:

- Work closely with the Buying and Merchandising teams to collect and validate all essential data required for onboarding new products, including style codes, seasonality, launch dates, and product hierarchies.

- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to track inbound shipments and ensure launch calendars reflect the most current information on product availability.

- Maintain and regularly update internal product trackers to provide full visibility on upcoming launches, flagging any gaps or risks in data or timelines.

2. Article Listing & Product Launch Management:

- Manage the end-to-end article creation process, ensuring all necessary details are captured correctly

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely launch of products on the e-commerce platform

3. Price and Stock Alignment:

- Ensure price and inventory is updated in sync with Retail's pricing strategy

- Cross-check price consistency across own e-commerce platform and partner channels

4. Marketplace Catalog Management:

- Adapt and maintain product catalogs as per the specific requirements of key marketplace platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, etc.).

- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product discoverability and customer experience across marketplaces.

- Perform regular audits to maintain catalog hygiene, accuracy, and completeness.

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; certifications in E-commerce, Data Management, or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Akeneo) are a plus.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in catalog management, product onboarding, or e-commerce operations, ideally in sportswear, fashion, or consumer goods.
  • Proven experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems such as Akeneo or Magento, and ERP tools like SAP/S4 for pricing updates and product data governance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, advanced formulas), PowerPoint, and tools such as Tableau for data reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce CMS platforms, especially Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), and basic understanding of SEO and digital merchandising best practices.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including Buying, Planning, Studio, Content, and Supply Chain to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle.
  • Exposure to Southeast Asia’s e-commerce landscape and marketplaces like Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, or Noon.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and presentation skills across departments and geographies.
  • Professional certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Akeneo PIM Certification, Magento Certified Professional, or SAP Certified Application Associate (S/4HANA) are advantageous.
