Transport Equipment : Safely transport event equipment, multimedia gear, and supplies to and from event locations.

Loading and Unloading : Assist in loading and unloading equipment, ensuring all items are handled with care and delivered in good condition.

Event Setup Assistance : Support the event team with setup and teardown, ensuring that all equipment is positioned and connected correctly.

Timely Deliveries : Ensure timely arrivals at event locations and adhere to scheduled pickups and drop-offs.

Vehicle Maintenance : Maintain company vehicles, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and in proper working order.

Safety Compliance : Follow all safety regulations and procedures to ensure the secure transportation of goods and team members.

GDL Driving License : Must possess a valid GDL driving license with a clean driving record.

Experience : Previous experience in transportation or logistics is a plus.

Physical Fitness : Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment, as some items may be heavy.

Punctuality : A strong commitment to being on time and meeting deadlines.

Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively with the event and logistics teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day driving.
  
• Always keep assigned vehicles clean and maintain vehicles in good condition at all time.
  
• Follow and comply with all the road & traffic rules, all safety rules at all time.
  
• Punctuality and stand by the car as instructed earlier.
  
• Assist for collecting & delivering, loading & unloading documents/goods to all assigned areas.
  
• Provide administration & clerical support and attend to any ad-hoc duties assigned from time-to-time.
  
• Able to commit long distance drives and staying at outstation like Singapore.
  

• Speak English and BM fluently.
  
• Familiar with Klang Valley, KL and outstation routes and with valid driving license.
  
• Possess own transport – Motorcycle and valid license (B2, D)
  
• Malaysia passport holder.
  
• Full time & willing to work on weekends & public holidays when required.
  
• Positive working attitude, healthy, responsible and committed to successful completion of all tasks assigned.
  

• To operate a forklift safely and efficiently to support material handling, loading, unloading, and
  internal transportation of goods within the facility.
• To ensure the accurate movement and storage of raw materials, finished goods, and other
  inventory items in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Ensure proper stacking, storage, and organization of materials in designated areas.
• Assist in stock movement for production and dispatch processes, following FIFO concept.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and basic maintenance checks (e.g., battery charging,
  refueling, tire inspection) using the mobile app ( QR code).

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Valid forklift operator certification/license.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing
  environment.
• Experience in handling raw materials and finished goods in a dry mix industry is an added
  advantage.
• Good understanding of safety regulations related to forklift operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Tamil and/or Chinese is also an
  advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Fetch patients/customers from their place to the AHNS and vice versa or to any other place as required.
• Fetch staff that are required transport for official duty from their place to AHNS and vice versa or to any other place.
• Responsible for cleaning and maintaining vehicles in good condition.
• Complete a mechanical checklist daily before each shift to ensure the vehicle is in working order and ready to transport patients and to report mechanical issues to the superior.
• Record every trip’s detail in the transport requisition form.
• Responsible for handling parking valet AHNS (Car Jockey), including greeting the guests upon arrival and providing customer service by parking and retrieving their vehicle.
• Able to analyse information and choose the best and shortest route in transporting patients/hospital staff to their destination.
• Must be willing to work on weekends or public holidays if assigned by the management.
• Willing to work on standby or on-call if assigned by the management.
• To assist in transferring the deceased to the mortuary.
• Any other ad-hoc assignments or projects as when required by the management.
• Need to drive the Buggy as per the advised route and abide by the rules in the AHNS SOP.
• Cultivate strong relationships with other drivers to reduce stress when there are last-minute schedule changes.
• Undertake any other tasks and special assignments as directed by the superior or management.
  
  

• Minimum qualification SPM or its equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum 2 Years Experience In transport/logistic department
• Good command of both written & spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess BLS (Basic Life Support) certificate.
• Map reading ability.
• Strong knowledge of the roadways throughout the immediate area.
• No criminal record & No bad record with Road Transportation Department Malaysia
• Able to work in shifts/overtime
