Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for the receipt, shipment, and management of incoming materials, supplies, and finished goods. This position also requires transactions to be promptly entered into our ERP System, in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures and following through on all material movements to guarantee they are handled in accordance with applicable FDA and cGMP procedures.

During the Plant start-up this position will work during the core business hours. Business needs may necessitate the need to adjust shift start and end times. Moreover, working in shifts will be required.

• Experience with SAP or ability to learn SAP MM/WM Management module.
• Proficient in business environment software applications - MS Office.
• Minimum 1- 3 years' experience in Distribution, Receiving, or Manufacturing Support environment.

Responsibilities:

The Inventory Control Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded, stored, and distributed in a timely manner.

The job responsibilities for an Inventory Control Executive in our organization are as follows:

• Maintains integrity of the physical inventory and optimize inventory locations based on demand and usage.
• Helps maintain inventory accuracy within budget and lead the cycle count process and procedure to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Identifies and resolves inventory variances through strong investigative skills.

Monitor Inventory and performed approved inventory adjustment and other inventory related issues as follows:

(a)    Protects company stocks by ensuring compliance with operations procedures and regulations.

Job Summary:

The Inventory Control Executive is responsible for ensuring that all inventory data and master records in the Warehouse Management System (CargoWise System) are accurate, consistent, and aligned with physical stock in the warehouse. This role involves monitoring system integrity, coordinating with the Customer Service and Warehouse teams, performing inventory reconciliations, producing key operational and financial reports, and supporting cross-functional teams on all inventory-related matters. Key Responsibilities:

Data Accuracy & Governance

• Ensure all inventory movement transactions are captured and processed in WMS timely and accurately;
• Ensure WMS records are accurate and aligned with physical warehouse stock;
• Ensure Master Data is captured accurately in WMS;
• Ensure records in WMS are consistently and accurately maintained; prevent misuse of fields or improper data updates by the system team;

Inventory Control & Reconciliation

• Produce cycle count and stock count reports; coordinate with the warehouse team to investigate and identify root causes of any gaps or discrepancies;

Reporting & Compliance

• Generate and distribute stock balance reports for storage billing and other inventory- related reports from WMS on schedule;
• Verify movement In and Out reports updated by the CS team for Penyata Bulanan before submission to Customs;
• Support Warehouse HOD in KPI reporting using WMS data.

Team Management & Improvement

• Manage and assign tasks to the system/ inventory team, monitor performance, and provide guidance;
