Job summary:
To support the daily operations in all functional areas to enable a daily completion of all associated tasks of our business
Job Responsibilities:
- To motivate, train, coach, and lead the team as to ensure effective operation procedures and meeting the company’s KPIs.
- To supervise and maintain discipline of all personnel under his charge as to follow the warehouse rules and regulations.
- To ensure the activities under his charge compliance with GxP and other areas related to Occupational, Safety & Health Acts.
- To check and process immediately all outgoing or other related issuing goods under these circumstances after performing documentation and physical check in accordance to stipulated SOPs.
- To monitor and ensure accuracy of the picking, sorting, checking, packing, weighing and labelling or other related activities under these circumstances is in accordance to the stipulated SOPs.
- To attend to all urgent orders and any assigned tasks promptly and ensuring completion of the assigned tasks.
- To ensure the TCP plan is executed and complete the pick, pack, and handover the stock to Despatch as per agreed lead time.
- To monitor and lead the team to maintain up to date physical housekeeping and bin integrity.
- To ensure all necessary documentation and other related documents are properly keep-tracked and filed for future reference.
- To report promptly to the Executive and Manager in charge if there are any incidences of indiscipline of the staff and other matters that affect the optimal performance of the warehouse operations.
- To report promptly to the Executive and Manager in charge of any irregularities matters that not in accordance to the SOPs that will affect the operations, safety, health and environmental of the warehouse.
- To ensure to the close the SCUBA ticket’s as per the SLA with effective CAPA.
- To provide reports that are assigned by Executive in charge and/or the management in a timely manner.
- To monitor and unsure the team to maintain general housekeeping and cleanliness of the workstations and warehouse in a neat, clean, standardize and tidy condition in accordance to 7S.
- To undertake any duties and responsibilities assigned by the Executive in charge and/or the management.
- To ensure the IKA deliveries has been arranged as per the requested RDD and the packing and stacking are followed as per the requirement.
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrate working understanding of distribution centre, distribution and transportation.
- Proven hands-on experience in warehousing, pick and pack functions.
- Demonstrate strong appreciation of customer service requirements and commitment.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken

Purpose
The Logistics Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all logistics and warehouse operations at our Singapore and Johor Distribution Centers (DC), operated by 3rd Party Logistics Providers .This role is essential in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, cost-effective transportation, and full compliance with regulatory and corporate policies. As part of the relocation of the bulk of operations from Singapore to Johor, this role will also coordinate closely with Singapore-based teams to ensure smooth integration of regional logistics and export processes.
Responsibilities
Logistics Operations
- Oversee daily logistics operations including inbound, outbound, and export activities at the Johor DC.
- Manage 3PL performance in both Singapore and Johor, driving KPIs related to warehouse velocity, safety, and cost control.
- Monitor import/export processes, ensuring compliance with Singapore and Malaysian customs regulations and Dangerous Goods (DG)/HazMat requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Planning, Trade Compliance, Customer Service, Finance, and Quality to ensure logistics alignment with business objectives.
- Drive logistics cost optimization through data analysis, carrier selection, and routing improvements.
- Review and approve freight invoices in coordination with Finance.
- Coordinate regional distribution activity in collaboration with Singapore-based stakeholders.
- Resolve escalations and unblock urgent shipments by collaborating with 3PL partners, the customer care team, logistics vendors, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
Warehouse Management
- Ensure seamless warehouse operations in alignment with customer delivery requirements.
- Maintain rigorous inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and SAP entries.
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow to maximize storage utilization and handling efficiency.
- Ensure proper handling and documentation for DG and regulated materials.
- Align closely with the Johor raw materials warehouse team to coordinate and manage logistics activities between the regional DC and raw materials warehouse, including shared oversight of 3PL performance and truck movement planning.
- Enforce compliance with safety protocols, warehouse SOPs, and corporate quality standards.
People Leadership
- Lead a team of logistics staff and 3PL personnel at the Johor DC through a Matrixed Structure
- Oversee training, delegation, performance reviews, and workforce planning to ensure operational excellence.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations leadership to identify, develop, and promote talent within the logistics function.
- Foster a continuous improvement culture using root cause analysis and Six Sigma methodologies.
Basic Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 7–10 years of logistics experience in a warehouse or distribution center, preferably within a regulated or manufacturing environment.
- 2–5 years of experience in team leadership or 3PL management.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding, import/export regulations, and DG/HazMat compliance.
- Proficient in SAP and/or other ERP/WMS systems; advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Familiar with ISO standards and local/international product handling regulations.
- Proven ability to manage logistics budgets, lead projects, and implement process improvements.

The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of material handling in the order fulfilment, receiving, warehouse operations and delivery, including managing third party warehouse and toller relationships, inventory accuracy, and S&OP planning. Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Supply Chain to oversee sourcing, material management, supplier management, supplier contracts and agreements, and inventory control for our client's Malaysia factory. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining a robust supply chain ecosystem that supports the company’s operational goals. This includes ensuring optimal quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery of materials and components. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building strong supplier relationships, negotiating favorable contracts, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain to support factory performance and business growth.
Key responsibilities
Management
- Plan, execute and monitor milestones according to department goals (KPI).
- Identify training needs and organize the relevant training for the supply chain team.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with operations, engineering, quality and the business unit to meet operations plans, schedules, budgets and KPIs.
- Continuously improve department processes.
- To develop strategic talent within the team to enhance the overall department's skill matrix.
Sourcing
- Implement sourcing strategies to achieve targets on quality, cost savings and material lead time.
- Drive cost savings program and develop the supplier base to support required outsourcing capacities.
- Supplier management including selection and qualification of new suppliers, regular business reviews and development to ensure timely order fulfillment with the best quality, cost, delivery and service performance.
- Manage the RFx process to award business to Company’s supplier in accordance with our supplier strategy.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and protect Company’s interests with contracts and agreements (Master Purchase Agreement (MPA), Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Supplier Code of Conduct and other applicable policies).
- Plan and execute product phase in/out with other stakeholders.
- Manage the supplier-balanced scorecard process across the top 80% of spend as well as strategic suppliers.
Material Management
- Continuous improvement of the purchasing process.
- Develop and maintain plan for every part for defined configurations.
- Drive liability exposure and inventory levels down while ensuring material lead time and supply continuity per Company’s cycle time targets.
- Monitor the MRP process effectiveness.
- Ensure a clear understanding of the material status per project and drive to solutions for all identified gaps.
- Understand and communicate current and projected supplier capacity.
- Review and optimize safety stock, min/max and related stock program levels.
Requirement And Qualification
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical position preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in supply chain management.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience within a capital equipment company is preferred.
- Experience in contract manufacturing is an advantage.
Skills/Technical Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain functions supporting Asia-based manufacturing operations.
- Familiarity with electromechanical products and fabricated components. Expertise in strategic global sourcing, with a strong preference for experience in outsourcing to cost-effective regions.
- Demonstrated strength in project management, organization, analytics, interpersonal communication, and negotiation.
- High emotional intelligence with an appreciation for the multicultural dynamics of a global organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; experience with Oracle ERP is highly desirable.
