About the job
The Director of Information Technology (IT) is responsible for the overall planning, implementation, security, and management of the hotel’s technology infrastructure. This includes maintaining all systems and networks (PMS, POS, internet, security systems), ensuring data security, managing vendors, and supporting internal users. The role ensures that all hotel technology systems function efficiently to support operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing the hotel’s IT strategy in alignment with brand standards and business goals.
- Overseeing daily IT operations including system backups, patch management, and performance monitoring.
- Ensuring optimal functioning of all key systems including PMS, POS, accounting, HR, telephone, guest internet, IPTV, and building management systems.

About The Job

- Minimum 10 years of financial management experience, preferably in the construction or project-based industries.
- Good understanding of project accounting, experience in managing project risks and implementing cost control measures.
- Experience with ERP systems and construction project management software
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
