Position: Outdoor Sales Executive (Targeting F&B Industry)



Working Hours:



* Monday to Friday (2 Shift)



* Shift 1: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM



* Shift 2: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM



Compensation Package:



* Basic Salary: RM2,300 – RM2,600 +Fixed Allowance RM400 + Sales Incentives RM3,000 – RM6,000



Requirements



+Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages (Mandarin/Tamil) are a plus.



+Candidate possesses at least a SPM or above



+Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in media/TV services, telco, or F&B sectors.



+Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.



+Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.



+Own transport and willing to travel extensively within assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Regional Sales Leadership** : Take full responsibility for the sales of valve actuators in the Asia region, including market development, customer management, and target achievement.
+ **Customer Relationship Management** : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers in the target industries across Asia.
+ **Sales Opportunity Development** : Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking within the region.
