**Job Description**
The Tax Analyst is responsible for the preparation and analysis of the direct and indirect tax returns for a group of legal entities including but not limited to Tax ledgers, US GAAP Tax Provisioning and Quality Control of Tax Accounts
**Essential Responsibilities & Duties:**
+ Running day-to-day operations to meet KPI objectives based on Service Level Agreements (SLA) between the Hub and GeoUnit
+ Preparing tax reports for management on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis (including Tax Provision Models & Balance Sheet Notes, FP6 & iTax)
+ Preparing annual and quarterly tax forecasts
+ Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual indirect tax returns including
+ Ensure compliance within filing deadlines for assigned entities
+ Preparing corporate tax returns on monthly, quarterly or yearly basis depending on Country requirements
+ Presenting and analysing final year end liabilities to GeoUnit Tax Team
+ Identifying and reporting critical issues to the Hub Regional Tax Compliance Managers
+ Liaising with external partners/advisors and dealing with queries relating to deliverables
+ Responsible for Country-by-Country reporting for assigned entities (only Direct Tax)
+ Performing analysis as and when required by the GeoUnit Tax Team
+ Developing domain expertise
+ Mentoring and guiding Assistant Tax Accountants
**Qualifications and Experience:**
+ Qualfied members of ACCA/ CIMA/ MIA/ MACPA/ CPA of Australia or equivalents
+ Degree in Accounting/ Finance
+ 3-4 years of relevant experience
+ Knowledge of international taxation
+ Proficient in languages for assigned geographic responsibilities
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ Interpersonal skills
+ Proactive, self-motivated and eager to acquire knowledge
+ Team Player
+ Ability to work under pressure
+ Equipped with problem-solving skills and service oriented

As the Group Team Leader, you will be the primary influencer to the customer to grow sales, increase the share of market, improve services, and identify supply chain efficiencies. This position is about achieving mutually sustainable sales goals through relationship management.
**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Manage the end to end business relationship & Key Result Areas with customers spanning all cross-functional aspects of business.
+ Own the responsibility of managing the company's P&L account for each customer by making investment choices and driving healthy top line and bottom line growth.

**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's Degree in business related studies
+ At least 10 years of solid sales experience with leadership capacity in the Direct Trade /Modern Trade business
+ Experience working in the FMCG industry
+ Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs)
+ Excellence communication and stakeholders management skills
+ Possess own transportation and a Class-D driving license

Director, Product Management (Direct to Scheme)
Overview
The Director for Direct to Scheme, will be responsible for establishing direct connections with payment schemes in East Asia in line with the Mastercard Move XBS network strategy and will be part of the global network partnership team that expands and manages the Mastercard cross border services (MA XBS) payment network.
The Role:
- Oversee and lead East Asia MA XBS direct to scheme expansions as described in the XBS network strategy.
- Manage existing and future direct to scheme connections.
- Lead conversations with local central banks & payment regulators to design the solution
- Detail inner workings of transactional flow (including: payment initiation & messaging, reconciliation, reporting etc.) and funds flow between Mastercard, Central Bank and Payment Scheme.
- Own the local scheme rulebooks from MA XBS perspective and associated implication for Mastercard - detail and develop necessary processes to successfully participate in the scheme.
- Assess the market opportunity and business benefits when enabling and prioritizing a direct connection to scheme.
- Assess and understand the local requirements in order to connect to schemes directly - collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to determine feasibility.
- Scope and drive Mastercard license expansion to support direct to scheme in chosen jurisdictions.
- Support the regional stakeholders and the Transfer Solutions commercialization team with market insight and developments.
- Navigate across cultures and geographies and leverage strong relationships with key groups across Mastercard to gain support and buy-in from regional stakeholders.

All about You:
- Preferably with at least 12 years of experience in the payments industry.
- In-depth knowledge of payment systems, schemes, and structures.
- Sound experience working in correspondent banking and/or transaction banking.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing direct scheme connections
- Has experience in international payments, foreign exchange, cash management, settlement and reconciliation processes
