The Digital Solutions Manager will report into Head of Performance, Omnicom Media Group Malaysia. This role will drive investment product capabilities critical in delivering value to our clients and revenue growth of Omnicom Media Group. This role’s agenda is to bring together the best of OMG’s product growth ambitions and digital performance excellence to drive greater value for both OMG clients, employees and our business. The Digital Solutions Manager will work with multiple stakeholders across OMG’s agencies – OMD, PHD, H&S, media planners, media owners as well as clients. The individual must be comfortable with a fast-paced and constant changing landscape of media business and can proactively problem solve. Responsibilities: Act as the key point of contact for OMG digital solutions (OMNET, Outcomes, OMG Programmatic, OMG Marketplace) by working closely with OMG Investment & performance team to drive adoption and launches of OMG digital solutions Define and manage the roadmap for OMG digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify digital opportunities. Lead media planning and strategizing for OMG programmatic solution & OMG Marketplace Work closely with performance and investment team in driving high utilization rate of OMG digital solutions. Act as a liaison between clients, agencies & cross functional teams (Investment, Performance, Planning team) for matters related to OMG digital solutions Ensure seamless operations of overall digital solutions deliverables and have clear tracking and forecasting to minimize organization’s risk Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker Astute business and commercial skills Great interpersonal and communication skills internally, with media owners and clients Process oriented, structural abilities to manage volume of work Requirements: Minimum 4-5 years of solid digital performance across core digital platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, DV360. Experience in digital, understand the world of digital and how it operates, ability to drive digital products & solutions Confident presenter with clear and articulate marketplace understanding Ability to prioritize tasks and get the best out of team resources Deliver against business goals and agreements Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Good to have Advanced knowledge of Excel In-depth understanding of key industry metrics and the ability to recognize how they might impact the business (ROAS, CPA, CPC, ROI, etc.) Seniority level
