The Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for understanding clients' needs, and helping them to plan, create, manage, monitor, and run the campaigns or ads to achieve clients' business goals based on their budget.

Job Requirements

Qualification & Skills Required:

Required minimum 1-2 years of experience in relevant fields. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or any related field. Experience in writing engaging ad copy. Strong communication skills to collaborate with a cross-functional team. Able to consistently meet deadlines, multi-tasking and problem-solving with strong attention to detail. Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our Brand and Marketing team. This role will play a key part in content creation, campaign execution, community engagement, and digital advertising. The successful candidate will also coordinate with external agencies to ensure effective distribution of marketing content.

Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Storytelling
  • Create, write, and proofread high-quality content for social media, websites, digital ads, video scripts, posters, and other marketing materials.
  • Generate creative ideas for campaigns, storytelling, and increasing brand engagement.
Social Media & Community Management
  • Develop engaging and trend-relevant content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.
  • Handle community management by professionally responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Monitor platform trends to ensure content stays fresh and effective.
Campaign Execution & Advertising
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  • Manage paid advertising through platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Search & Display.
Collaboration with Third-Party Agencies
  • Coordinate with third-party agencies to distribute marketing materials (e.g., posters, videos, reels, and other creatives) across relevant channels.
  • Ensure agency timelines and quality standards are met for campaign rollouts.
Ideal Candidate:

If you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing and publishing content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics is a bonus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English .
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
