**The Position**
As an Intern in Roche Pharma Malaysia, you may be assigned to a variety of tasks and/or projects relevant for the assigned team/function. The objective of assignments is for the intern to practically apply academic or vocational studies/learning in a Roche setting, as well as learn more about the Roche organization, as future employment with Roche may be a possibility subject to job availability, candidate qualification and past performance.
Assignments will vary but are typically to support the activities of regular employees, such as entry-level research and reporting, analyses and modeling, preparing materials for others, coordinating small events or meetings, improving basic departmental operations such as filing or archiving systems, departmental libraries, etc.
**Responsibilities and Accountabilities:**
+ For assignments in Digital Marketing, key responsibilities of an intern may include but not limited to the following (with appropriate guidance from experienced colleagues):
+ Collaborating closely with field-facing and office-based colleagues to understand customer/patient/healthcare ecosystem needs as well as Roche strategies and products in the assigned disease area
+ Adapting materials/assets/content from global or other countries to local context and needs.
+ Creating new materials/assets/content  Support planning, project management and implementation for (digital) marketing campaigns.
+ Support development of content/channel strategies and tactics
+ Length of internship will vary according to business needs.

+ Proficiency in English; fluency in Malay and/or Mandarin language is a plus

As a Digital Campaign Delivery Specialist in the Global Digital Hub, you ensure the successful delivery of digital campaigns content creation projects within the Digital Campaigns Chapter. The role plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and high-quality digital campaigns content creation
coordination and completion.
The Digital Campaign Delivery Specialist may collaborate closely with affiliate business teams or brand teams, third-party-vendors, campaign and global campaign coordinators in the organization, related to project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
**Responsibilities**
● Manage the affiliate or global digital campaigns content creation and delivery process, ensuring timely and successful completion of any projects from initiation to final implementation, while ensuring delivery standards are met.
● Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise digital campaigns content requests accordingly to ensure alignment with their expectations.
● Instructs stakeholders on new process or requirements that would increase efficiency in the ways of working in subject matter area
● Supports Campaign Coordinators and Global Campaign Coordinators in client
communications in the area of service offering, change management or communication
● Adoption and Center of Excellence: follow existing processes, establish process governance principles and maintain proper documentation and implementation within the scope of responsibility
