Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor ad performance and optimize for maximum ROI (cost-per-lead, conversion rate, etc.).
  • Track and report key performance metrics using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

Content Creation & Marketing

  • Create and manage engaging content for marketing materials (e.g., landing pages, blogs, newsletters, brochures).
  • Collaborate with trainers and internal teams to translate training content into compelling promotional assets.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement content calendars for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement, and follower growth strategies.
  • Monitor trends and provide insights to keep content fresh and relevant.

Website & Landing Page Management

  • Maintain and update website content and design using WordPress or relevant CMS.
  • Create SEO-optimized pages to promote specific training programmes and events.
  • Manage leads and email campaigns using CRM tools.
  • Segment databases and craft automated workflows for lead nurturing and follow-ups.

Creative Coordination

  • Able to use tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to develop visual content.
  • Coordinate photo/video shoots for training highlights, client testimonials, and marketing assets.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media roles (fresh grads with portfolios are welcome to apply).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and social media platforms.

  • Plan, build and execute a Digital Marketing Plan that will complement and align with the resort’s overall Sales & Marketing plans.

  • Maintaining the resort’s information and digital image libraries, keeping them updated across all necessary platforms (e.g. Trip Advisor, Agoda, Booking.com, Klook, Little Red Book, etc).
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of resort’s websites.
  • Track and measure SEO, SEM and Google analytic metrics.
  • Digital Advertising – Work with the Pan Pacific Hotels Group Corporate Digital Marketing team and if necessary, appointed Digital Marketing Agency to compile a paid advertising strategy for the resort, which allows continuous monitoring of ROI and restructuring where necessary.
  • Support and create social media marketing strategies and campaigns that are aligned with the resort’s Sales & Marketing and Digital Marketing plans.
  • Ensure that the resort’s brand is being correctly managed and delivered on any social media platforms.
  • Submit monthly progress reports to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing with annual, quarterly and monthly forecasting.
  • Evaluation of emerging online marketing technologies and trends including research and awareness of competitors’ online strategies.

Talent Profile

  • Diploma or Degree from an accredited university in Digital Marketing or relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience in an international hotel chain
