Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, YouTube ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility and drive traffic.
  • Analyze campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media
  • Proven experience in digital advertising with a focus on Google Ads (AdWords), YouTube ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Adobe Analytics.

About the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist (Junior / Senior) , you'll play a key role in both performance marketing and marketing automation . You’ll work across paid ads platforms, lead generation funnels, and lifecycle channels to drive ROI for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Paid Media Execution

  • Plan and manage ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
  • Monitor and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Execute copywriting for ads that align with our brands' tone of voice.
  • Work on e-commerce and lead gen accounts in Malaysia, Singapore, and beyond.

2. Lead Gen & Funnel Management

  • Coordinate with internal or client teams to improve lead quality and tracking.

3. Automation & CRM Marketing

  • Build and manage Email & WhatsApp automation flows for customer lifecycle
  • Use tools like Klaviyo, MailerLite, Kommo to set up and optimize journeys.
  • Segment and personalize based on customer behaviors and funnel position.

4. Reporting & Optimization

  • Generate weekly/monthly reports and surface insights for iteration and scaling.
  • Recommend A/B tests and optimisation opportunities to meet client’s objective.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in ecommerce or service-based lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads , and marketplace ad platforms.
  • Experience with Email/WhatsApp automation is a plus
  • Data-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to interpret campaign metrics into actions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Understanding of direct response copywriting.

We are looking for a group of passionate, data-driven digital marketing executives to join our growing team. You will be responsible for driving traffic, engagement, and lead generation through online channels for our construction industry portal. You will plan and execute marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results and increase brand awareness.Develop, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

Job Requirements

Develop, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

Oversee social media content calendar, engagement, and growth strategies.

Work closely with content writers and designers to produce high-converting visuals and posts.

Perform keyword research, market trend analysis, and competitor tracking.

Job Description
  • Taking ownership of our group's digital marketing strategy.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Supporting internal stakeholders on marketing activity (such as webinars) and providing recommendations on how to increase the effectiveness.
  • Utilize a broad mix of digital marketing/campaign tactics to drive measurable engagement and revenue growth.
  • Report regularly on program performance, build dashboards that track performance.
  • Consistently test, iterate, and optimize marketing programs with the goal of improving performance and informing the development of future initiatives.
  • Developing targeted programs and campaigns that help commercial teams move prospects and customers from demand to lead to sales opportunities.
  • Align with teams across the group to organize campaigns at the country level and achieve shared business outcomes.
  • Proposing suitable improvements to enhance/optimize our digital presence.
  • Ensure group digital content is consistently up to date.
  • Creating a knowledge base to educate stakeholders on the resources available and the various procedures to obtain support from the digital team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Track record of launching successful marketing campaigns with measurable KPI.
  • Strong content marketing & SEM experiences at both the strategic and tactical level.
  • Ability to translate customer insights into marketing activities that achieve tangible results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative business insights about various digital marketing programs for customer engagement and sales growth.
  • BA/BS in Marketing, eCommerce, Business Administration, or related degree is a plus.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle diverse instances and work under strict timelines in collaboration with the cross-functional matrix organization.
  • Strong written and communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 – specifically, PowerPoint, Excel & project management skills.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude with the ability to work proactively and independently.
  • Acts with urgency, seeks new ideas, and is always able to suggest alternatives when faced with obstacles.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates strong personal ethics and a sense of purpose.
  • Willingness to learn and explore new trends and technology.
