Job Requirements

Develop engaging and original content (text, image, and video) for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Create compelling marketing and advertising materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital ads, that align with the company's brand and marketing strategies. Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking. Conduct thorough keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic traffic. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that support overall marketing goals and campaigns. Produce high-quality product photography and videography to showcase tile products effectively and attract potential customers. Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for various marketing channels, including website content, social media posts, and email campaigns, in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to the marketing team. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and content creation to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative. Edit and enhance video content using video editing software to create visually appealing and engaging videos for various platforms.

Job Description

  • Media & Content Production (50% of the role) - Plan, shoot, and edit training and promotional videos using tools such as Final Cut Pro and Canva.
  • Learning Platform Administration (e.g., Disprz) (30% of the role) - Monitor class enrolments and ensure timely updates or interventions.
  • Support Training Coordination & Operations (20% of the role) - Manage full training lifecycle: enrolment, tracking, attendance, and post-training follow-up.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in video shooting and editing skills and content design (Final Cut Pro, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
  • Experience in designing e-Learning (using Articulate Storyline, Rise) would be an advantage.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management.
