Job Duties
- Lead digital services in new business initiatives, incl. writing proposals, creating estimates and presentations and actively participate in RFPs and pitches as needed.
- Provide Solution Consulting to Customers and give intelligent response.
- Responsible for the satisfaction and growth of accounts, and able to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with client.
- Manage client escalations and conflict resolution.
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with customers, management, development team, test, IT peers and vendors
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
- Taking ownership of client needs/requests and facilitates their completion.
- Participation in key client meetings including status update meetings and presentation of project deliverables
- Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations
- Maintaining profitability of engagements in partnership with project management
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or in digital media , Communications or related degree
- At least 1 year of experience in handling managing digital accounts and integrated digital projects.
- Able to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Customer-oriented person with excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent at relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain poise, confidence and professional disposition under high-pressure situations
- Candidates with no experience are welcomed
- Fluent in English and Mandarin

Your Role as a Senior Digital Consultant
As a Senior Digital Consultant, You Will Be At The Forefront Of Delivering Innovative Solutions And Exceptional Service To Our Global Clients. You’ll Partner With Customers And Collaborate Across Multi-disciplinary Teams To
- Work closely with all project stakeholders to deliver complete solutions that serve the business needs.
- Build modern, user-friendly interfaces for insurance apps using Guidewire’s front-end framework, Jutro.
- Advocate for customers to adhere to our powerful Digital out-of-the-box (OOTB) product capabilities to drive value and ensure effective adoption while adhering to best practices and platform standards.
What You’ll Do
- Learn and master Jutro, Guidewire Digital design system and front-end framework to become a certified technical consultant and a subject matter expert.
- Build new, innovative user interfaces for the insurance industry using Guidewire Jutro.
- Collaborate with the customers, UI/UX designers, business analysts, and Guidewire implementation teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Deliver solutions following Guidewire best practices, integrating our products with external applications to support our global customers.
- Execute technical testing, refine solutions based on feedback, utilize incidents monitoring tools to communicate issues to and resolve with relevant Guidewire teams and project stakeholders.
- Mentor and/or lead junior team members and guide them in developing advanced skills.
- Lead and promote continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Core Skills & Experience
- Languages: Fluent business English required; additional languages (e.g., Chinese, Japanese) are a plus.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Experience with CSS, SASS, and other look-and-feel technologies, automated unit testing using Jest/Enzyme or similar frameworks, exposure to server-side technologies (JSON/RPC, REST).
- Ability to write clean, modular, and well-structured code, ensuring that each component is reusable, maintainable, and easy to understand.
- Knowledge of unit testing fundamentals or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) languages is beneficial.
- Project Implementation: Exposure in medium to large-scale software implementation or IT consulting projects with the complete software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Problem Solving: A result-driven, and tenacious problem solver with a unique blend of technical aptitude.
- Communication: Able to articulate perspectives and support ideas with substantiated reasoning, coupled with intellectual humility.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently, strong desire for continuous learning and contribute to cross-functional teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Interested in building genuine relationships with the customers, confident in/capable of influencing project stakeholders in both technical and non-technical teams.
- Agile Mindset: Familiarity with Agile approaches and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Exposure to Invision, Sketch, or other UX prototyping tools.
- Prior work experience in an insurance/financial services company or consulting setting.
- Experience with insurance carriers or technology implementation partners.
- Proficiency in any Guidewire Cloud products.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5-8 years of software development experience using web technologies.
- Highly skilled in JavaScript and React framework – at least 1-2 years of experience with React.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery and Scrum practices.
- Eligible to work in Malaysia and able to travel occasionally to the US, Europe or within APAC.

This is a high-impact role with real responsibility in remote project implementation. Projects vary widely — from upgrades to full implementations of core systems. Over time, you'll have the opportunity to specialize in different project types, regions, or lines of insurance.
What You’ll Do

As a Digital Marketing Consultant , you will support campaign planning, content creation, and project delivery for global clients. You will help produce engaging digital assets, manage data, and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions.

The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Advertising, or related field
- 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools is preferred
- Strong interest in content creation, digital marketing, or animation is an advantage
Your Daily Tasks
Client Digital Marketing Services (Database Marketing Email/SMS and Animations)
- Assist with setting up and preparing for digital marketing meetings
- Perform basic data wash and management for client campaigns
- Coordinate with the Marketing Coordinator and TechOps teams for client requests
Client Project Delivery (CRM Solutions and Services)
- Support the CRM Manager in liaising with Delivery teams in the Call Centre and TechOps to ensure timely project and campaign deployment
- Create email campaigns and content using BeePro and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop innovative, compliant content based on client requests
- Create and export artwork for social media uploads
- Generate animation techniques that add value for clients
- Create assets and creatives for animation purposes
- Assist with client marketing campaigns where applicable
- Perform basic data wash and management for client campaigns
- Generate, analyze, and share reports

Our Digital Learning Consultantplays a pivotal role in ensuring positive customer experience and driving business growth. This role focuses on building strong, enduring relationships with customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from the products and services.
Your contribution to the team includes:
- Proactively drive long-term digital adoptions and renewals by engaging with existing digital customers to ensure optimal usage, address customer needs, and implement strategies to enhance solution utilization.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and implementation plans for digital customers, guiding them through course setup, integration, and best practices to optimize their experience.
- Develop and execute structured implantation plans ensuring customers are equipped with necessary knowledge in our solutions to successfully integrate our solutions into their courses.
- To provide ongoing support and proactive engagement to customer to ensure success post implementation, including effectively training, troubleshooting support and best practices recommendation.
- Regular touch point with customer to build a long-trusted partnership that drives business growth.
- Use Salesforce.com efficiently for tracking customer insights, digital information and ensuring visibility of activities across teams.
- Building strong and trusted internal relationships with Education Consultants (sales reps), Sales Managers, Product Marketing teams and the wider Digital Success team to support business growth.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Relevant experience, such as working with customers in educational publishing, educational technology, pre- and post-sales support, teaching, or training.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including effective troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, encompassing both technical and customer-facing language.
- The ability to give clear precise instructions that are readily understandable by non-technical users.
- High proficiency in Microsoft suite of products
