As part of our in-house marketing team, you’ll manage our social media, website, and internal communications, making sure our content is timely, drives commercial impact, engaging, and relevant across every channel and audience.

Job Responsibilities:

Content & Channel Management

  • Plan and execute the content calendar across LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and the website to strengthen brand voice, showcase market leadership, and reinforce product value.
  • Collaborate with marketing team and the designer to plan and produce high-quality short-form and long-form content that supports an Always-On strategy, maintains brand consistency, and aligns with platform-specific formats and behaviours.
  • Manage updates to website content, including product pages, announcements, and customer stories.
  • Coordinate internal communications such as employee updates, campaign highlights, and announcements — helping to build internal visibility and strengthen employee engagement across the business.

Digital Performance & Optimisation

  • Monitor performance of digital channels using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics and native platform insights, including web traffic, bounce rate, impressions and engagement
  • Report on key metrics regularly and share clear recommendations to improve reach, content effectiveness and audience engagement
  • Coordinate with external agencies to support SEO and paid activities (e.g. PPC or paid social), and track overall effectiveness
  • Support A/B testing and apply insights to continuously improve content and channel strategy

Application requires sharing of past portfolio, showcasing examples of content created and any measurable impact on engagement, reach or other key metrics.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, communications, or content-focused roles
  • Strong grasp of social media content strategy to drive audience growth, engagement and consistent brand presence
  • Strong writing and messaging skills, with the ability to adapt tone and format for different channels Experience managing content across LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and website (WordPress)
  • Familiar with HubSpot or similar tools for content scheduling, analytics and campaign support
  • Comfortable working with designers, product, marketing team, and external agencies to deliver on-brand, engaging content

Job Description

  • Plan and execute digital advertising strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, etc.
  • Plan & execute engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Red (XHS), You-tube etc
  • Analyse performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales & marketing team to align digital campaigns with new launches and promotions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or any related field.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in social media & digital marketing.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms & up-to date in latest social media trends.
  • Extremely organized and have time management skills.
  • Positive outlook and willingness to learn.
  • Highly motivated, independent, dedicated and a strong team player.
  • Languages required: English, Mandarin
  • Good communication skills both written & verbal.

We’re looking for a creative, organised, and detail-oriented individual to bring our brand stories to life across social media platforms. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our content creation and campaign execution — from crafting engaging posts to coordinating with influencers and keeping campaigns running smoothly. If you love social media, have a knack for content editing, and enjoy working in a fast-paced creative environment, this role is for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Uploading and scheduling posts on IG / TikTok / XHS / Facebook
  • Writing captions and basic copy, monitoring content performance
  • Supporting short video shooting (BTS, product highlights, lifestyle content)
  • Uploading visuals for campaigns, product launches, and live stream event
  • Using Canva / CapCut / InShot to do simple content editing
  • Assisting during photoshoots (setting up props, capturing behind-the-scenes)
  • Track & report basic social media stats (views, likes, shares)
  • Contacting KOLs/KOCs on XHS, TikTok, and IG
  • Assisting in message drafts, sample coordination, and tracking replies
  • Coordinate sample sending, deadlines, and reposting user content
  • Maintaining a KOL/KOC campaign tracking sheet

2. Campaign & File Coordination:

  • Acting as the link between designer, photographer, and marketing team
  • Submit visuals to platforms or marketing and ads teams
  • Receive, rename, organize and upload campaign files and creative material
  • Ensure deadlines and handovers are smooth and on time
  • Helping manage online ads (e.g. Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and compiling basic performance data
Job Requirements
  • Familiar with social platforms like XHS, TikTok, IG
  • Understand basic Chinese & English (for captioning and communicating with KOLs/KOCs)
  • Basic skills in Canva or video editing apps (or willing to learn)
  • Detail-oriented, good at follow-up, and organized with files & messages
  • A positive, helpful team player who loves content & communication
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (reading & writing)
  • Experience communicating with influencers or managing seeding campaigns
  • Passionate about lifestyle, beauty, or home-related content

We’re looking for a creative, organised, and detail-oriented individual to bring our brand stories to life across social media platforms. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our content creation and campaign execution — from crafting engaging posts to coordinating with influencers and keeping campaigns running smoothly. If you love social media, have a knack for content editing, and enjoy working in a fast-paced creative environment, this role is for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Uploading and scheduling posts on IG / TikTok / XHS / Facebook
  • Writing captions and basic copy, monitoring content performance
  • Supporting short video shooting (BTS, product highlights, lifestyle content)
  • Uploading visuals for campaigns, product launches, and live stream event
  • Using Canva / CapCut / InShot to do simple content editing
  • Assisting during photoshoots (setting up props, capturing behind-the-scenes)
  • Track & report basic social media stats (views, likes, shares)
  • Contacting KOLs/KOCs on XHS, TikTok, and IG
  • Assisting in message drafts, sample coordination, and tracking replies
  • Coordinate sample sending, deadlines, and reposting user content
  • Maintaining a KOL/KOC campaign tracking sheet

2. Campaign & File Coordination:

  • Acting as the link between designer, photographer, and marketing team
  • Submit visuals to platforms or marketing and ads teams
  • Receive, rename, organize and upload campaign files and creative material
  • Ensure deadlines and handovers are smooth and on time
  • Helping manage online ads (e.g. Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and compiling basic performance data
Job Requirements
  • Familiar with social platforms like XHS, TikTok, IG
  • Understand basic Chinese & English (for captioning and communicating with KOLs/KOCs)
  • Basic skills in Canva or video editing apps (or willing to learn)
  • Detail-oriented, good at follow-up, and organized with files & messages
  • A positive, helpful team player who loves content & communication
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (reading & writing)
  • Experience communicating with influencers or managing seeding campaigns
  • Passionate about lifestyle, beauty, or home-related content
  • Familiarity with Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop

The Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for understanding clients' needs, and helping them to plan, create, manage, monitor, and run the campaigns or ads to achieve clients' business goals based on their budget.
