Process Improvement Executive - Vehicle Maintenance

- Enhance internal workflows by implementing process automation to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and oversee scheduled maintenance plans for SPX vehicles to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Monitor vehicle health and implement proactive measures to minimize downtime.
- Conduct cost projections for Fleet Maintenance, covering maintenance expenses, insurance, and other related costs.
- Implement strategic improvement plans to optimize processes and reduce monthly maintenance expenses.
- Coordinate and oversee ad hoc tender projects to enhance cost efficiency and improve service quality within fleet operations.
Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is recommended.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Experience in data analysis, cost-saving initiatives, budgeting, audits, data management, process improvements, and operations planning is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex challenges, provide solutions, and work effectively across cross-functional teams in a dynamic setting.

Conduct repair work of vehicles with unknown repair methods at reception time
Conduct diagnosis operations of vehicles
Conduct overhaul and troubleshooting of vehicles
Conduct minor service by using Multiple Technicians concept
Perform overall PDI checking for new vehicles
Co-ordinate with foreman when additional job is identified
Assist foreman in technical, housekeeping and safety on daily operation
Requirement & SkillsMin SKM 3
Min 1 year or above experience in related field
Able communication and writing in Malay & English

- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned.
- Diagnose the source of any malfunctions and perform repair.
- Qualify all vehicles for warranty coverage prior to performing warranty repairs.
- Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
- Perform road tests using safe driving standards.
- Valid 310S License.
- Experience working in a technician position.
- Strong aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs.
- Good time management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class G) with a clean driving record.
- Able to work well with a team.
- A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.

Job Duties
Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned. Diagnose the source of any malfunctions and perform repair. Qualify all vehicles for warranty coverage prior to performing warranty repairs. Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required. Perform road tests using safe driving standards.
What We Look For
