As the lead of the OPMS DevOps team, you will be responsible for product roadmap releases and operational excellence. The Lead, DevOps Manager shall drive the implementation of digitalization strategy for Group Technology and Networks which aims to loosen the IT architecture, increase organisational agility and enable an API driven digital ecosystem for our Network capabilities.His/her main responsibility is to lead and deliver the strategic vision of Network As A Service (NaaS) which include various key building blocks such Network Service Bus, Service Orchestration and Service Assurance initiatives.
Make an Impact by:
- Define the technical architecture for the various key components in NaaS with alignment to the Enterprise Architecture team.
- Oversee the compliance of the various components to meet the agreed high availability, performance and security requirements.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and architecture simplification for the platforms/services/products.
- Research and explore new technologies in software development and automation, cybersecurity and cloud computing (hybrid/multi/edge) for incorporation into the solution/architecture for NaaS to achieve continuous improvement of the platforms/services/products.

- Participate and support in the Annual Operating Planning (AOP) and strategy for the division and Group Networks.
Skills for Success:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or relevant discipline
- At least 7 to 10 years with experiencemanaging a teamin software delivery for large scale transformational or digitalization projects
- Experience in leading and managing Agile projects as a Product Owner (such as SCRUM/KANBAN) and the usage of related tools such as JIRA.
- Experience inproject planning and management activities including financial and procurement.
- Experience in business requirements analysis and translating to team for implementation and delivery.
- Good knowledge of cloud computing/container deployment and management such as AWS/Azure/OpenStack etc
- Good knowledge insoftware development and related automation tools (e.g. Ansible, Terraform, Nexus, Jenkins, SoapUI, SonarQube)

- Prepare pre and post-project documentation
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution and escalation
- Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues and ensure meeting SLA
Job Requirement:
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in implementing, and managing system infrastructure solutions
- Strong knowledge of operating systems & storages (e.g., Windows Server, Linux/Unix) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or CompTIA Security+ are advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Result oriented with excellent process and SOP executor with right attitudes is important.
- Project management experience or having been integral to projects would be advantageous
- Minimum 2-5 years working experience in a system operation position.
Working Hour:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am 6:00pm
- Occasionally Weekend and Public Holiday on Project basis

Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems. Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot system problems. Maintains the computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems. Support the academia and adhoc project.
Your collaboration
Responsibilities:
- Setup of server (PTS/AGVS)
- MDOT support
- Server maintenance support (patching)
- Interfacing with BMS
- Basic mapping for adhoc work
- AGV troubleshooting with eplan.
- Network & AP troubleshooting.
- Interfacing with autodoor, lift & BMS (OPC, PLC)
- Setting up of the system (Academia)
- Maintaining and supporting the testing of the system (Academia)
- Providing Technical support
- Training maintenance staff where appropriate
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Diploma or higher qualification or equivalent in years in Engineering (Mechanical / Electronics / Mechatronics)
- Experience in software testing and problem troubleshooting.
- Knowledge in Operating systems fundamentals, PLC fundamentals and basic networking configuration
- Knowledgeable in common programming and scripting languages.
- Knowledge in Automation.
- Experience in System Training and System O&M Documentation.
