You will play a key role in setting up and evolving the tools, procedures, and pipelines that empower our development teams and deliver and deploy solutions used by some of the largest broadcasters worldwide. This includes working closely with internal teams as well as customer IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
You will take ownership of service performance and reliability, proactively diagnosing symptoms, analyzing root causes, and implementing preventative measures to avoid recurrence. This is a remote role that includes on-call support for 24/7 troubleshooting and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain core infrastructure architecture and automation frameworks, complex software environments
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, ensuring fast, secure, and reliable deployments.
- Develop automated scripts for provisioning and maintaining development and production environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot complex software systems using tools such as REST API, SSH, AWS CloudWatch and OpenSearch.
- Support and optimize web-based business services and platforms, including application servers (IIS, WildFly) and databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL).
- Collaborate with DevOps, developers, and product teams to deploy, configure and monitor applications.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and support materials.
- Integrate AI-driven monitoring and alerting tools for proactive issue detection and resolution.
- Provide 24/7 support, including on-call duties during weekends and holidays.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and implement high-availability strategies (e.g., failover, load balancing, clustering).
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps/System Engineer role, ideally in agile environments (SCRUM/Kanban).
- Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible), and configuration management tools (Puppet, Chef).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and scripting (PowerShell).
- Experience with Windows Server administration and MSSQL database management.
- Experience in microservices development and cloud migration projects.
- Knowledge of broadcast technologies and workflows.
- Familiarity with Jira Service Management and Confluence.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field

1. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Responsible for the architecture design, resource orchestration, automated deployment, and maintenance of physical servers and cloud resources.
2. Containerization & Orchestration: Build and manage containerization platforms based on Kubernetes (K8s), including cluster deployment, monitoring, scaling, and troubleshooting.
3. CI/CD Pipeline: Design, build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to achieve automated code building, testing and release, thereby improving delivery efficiency and quality.
4. Automation Development: Use scripting languages such as Python and Shell to write automation tools and scripts to reduce manual operations and automate daily operation tasks.
5. Monitoring & Logging: Establish and enhance comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to ensure service stability and rapid fault diagnosis.
6. Network & Security: Responsible for the configuration and management of cloud network environments (VPC, Subnet, Security Groups, etc.) and collaborate with the security team to ensure infrastructure and applications comply with security standards.
7. Technical Support & Collaboration: Provide technical support to development teams, solve environment and deployment-related issues, and promote DevOps culture and best practices.
Job Requirements:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Server OS administration experience: A minimum of 2 years of Linux administration experience. Familar with frequently used linux commands and bash scripting.
3. Cloud Platform Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience using and managing one of the major public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Tencent Cloud).
4. IaC & Configuration Management: Familiar with Terraform and Ansible, capable of performing large-scale automated deployment and configuration management.
5. Networking Fundamentals: Familiar with network protocols such as TCP/IP and HTTP/HTTPS; understand core networking concepts like VPC, subnets, routing, load balancing, and DNS.
6. Container Technology: Proficient in Docker/Container technologies with extensive experience in deploying, managing, and maintaining Kubernetes (K8s) in a production environment.
7. CI/CD Practices: Proficient in at least one major CI/CD tool (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, ArgoCD) with experience building complete pipelines.
8. Programming Skills: Possess strong Python and Shell scripting abilities, capable of independently writing scripts and tools for automation.
9. Version Control: Proficient in using Git for code and configuration management.
Preferred Qualifications
● Holding relevant certifications for public clouds (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) or Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD) is a plus.
● Experience in the automated installation, configuration, and management of Bare Metal servers.
● Familiarity with cloud-native monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Jaeger.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field – exceptional self-starters will be considered.
• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, with a strong background in financial services or similarly high-stakes environments.
• Understanding of application build stages (build, linting, testing, artifact builds) and how it is interlinked is required.
• AWS, RHCE, VCP or Linux Professional Institute certification would be an advantage. Technical Qualifications
• Advanced level knowledge with RedHat, CentOS or AWS AMI.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, high-availability infrastructure, with a focus on performance, reliability, and security – our footprint stretches across an on-premises landscape and AWS.
• Strong programming and scripting skills (Python, Go, Shell etc).

What you'll do- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand their requirements and implement CI/CD pipelines.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated deployment pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions.
- Manage and configure infrastructure on Google Cloud, AWS, and other cloud services or on-premise.
- Monitor and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and performance.

We are looking for a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure as code (IaC). The ideal candidate is expected to contribute to platform stability, streamline development workflows, and take ownership of critical DevOps initiatives. You will work closely with developers, QA, and IT operations to ensure reliable software delivery and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible for provisioning and managing cloud resources (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or equivalent).
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them using Kubernetes, ECS or equivalent.
- Implement secrets management, IAM policies, and ensure infrastructure security compliance.

- Author or update 2–3 key DevOps documentation pieces (runbooks, onboarding guides).
- Conduct one internal knowledge-sharing session or tooling demo.
- Take ownership of at least one environment, system, or pipeline.
Must-Have:
- 2–5 years of DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering experience.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong knowledge of IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
- Experience with Linux system administration and Bash/Python scripting.
- Containerization experience (Docker) and familiarity with Kubernetes or similar orchestration tools.
