This role's purpose is to support in driving forward the specialty fat product development, for Bunge Asia, especially dairy fat equivalent solutions. It involves managing the product development processes pertaining to new or improved products, providing technical data, analysing processing conditions, setting up products specification and monitoring customer feedback during new product launch. Main Accountabilities:

• Understand customer's needs and expectation from existing and prospective customers by working closely with Technical Services / Commercial/ Production/ Quality Food Safety team to meet customers' needs,
• Be involved in monitoring trial production and coordinate with production personnel on the product and process recipe, make sure successful development and launch.
• Implement product and process development projects and to ensure projects are carried out in an accurate and timely manner. Ensuring good record keeping.
• Provide technical expertise / support in new products, from both a processing and product development perspective, also evaluate new raw materials / additives / process aids for production use
• Work closely with Technical Services /Product Application to find out the potential application opportunities from fats perspective
• Know well about all operation of pilot plant equipment.
• Take part in lab cleanness and equipment maintenance, ensure good housekeeping and maintain and improve safety

Requirement :
