**POSTING**
In this role, you will:
+ Coordinates work of a cross-functional team responsible for supporting Municipal bids and project delivery within the assigned portfolio/region. Be the project focal point for both customer as well as internal organization.

Job Description
+ Lead multiple Projects to meet and/or exceed customer's specifications, project timeline, financial goals and quality standards.
+ Ensure achievement of profit margin forecast for assigned projects.
+ Serve as a responsive focal point of contact for customer, supplier and internal staff for assigned projects.
+ Ensure the project scope includes all work required, to complete the project optimally.
+ Organize the purchase of equipment, material and services in a timely and cost-effective manner based on the contractual schedule and project specifications.
+ Responsible for identifying, analyzing and responding to risks that are likely to affect the projects.
+ Ensure timely and appropriate generation, collection, dissemination, storage and ultimate disposition of project information.
+ Ensure good project management standards and practices are implemented at all times, including material procurement, project implementation phase, up to the successful commissioning of the project at customer site.
+ Responsible for estimating and securing adequate and competence resources for each project.
+ Handling subcontractor schedules, quality-of-work and releasing of payment based on actual completion of subcontractor's scope of work.
+ Identifying and resolving changes across the entire project and negotiation of change order with customers/suppliers.
+ Ensure implementation of timely and accurate cost tracking mechanism of project costs.
+ Responsible for project status, performance and forecasting reporting to the management/customer.
+ Ensure timely completion and close-out of project based on contractual requirement, including resolution of any open items.
+ Ensure accurate and driven cost estimation for major systems project pursuit.
+ Ensuring focus on understanding customer needs and solving of customer problems to improve customer satisfaction.
+ Provide sales support on both engineering and commercial issues for systems projects.
+ Continuous enhancement of existing project management practices/processes to improve productivity and profitability
