Job Overview
The Project Execution Engineer plays a crucial role in bridging project execution and sales functions. This role ensures smooth project delivery by integrating sales commitments with execution capabilities, managing technical feasibility, and maintaining strong client communication throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have both technical and commercial expertise in laboratory projects and cleanroom, including lab furniture, fume hoods, gas systems, and related infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Technical Pre-Sales Support
- Work closely with the sales team to assess project feasibility, scope, and technical requirements.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals, tenders, and quotations for laboratory projects.
- Conduct site assessments to ensure project specifications align with actual conditions.
- Provide technical clarifications to clients and support negotiations on project scope.
- Project Planning & Execution Coordination
- Develop detailed execution plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and procurement schedules.
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution by aligning contract terms with deliverables.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and industry regulations.
- Client  Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the key liaison between clients, sales, and execution teams.
- Provide regular project updates to clients, addressing any concerns or changes in scope.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards throughout the project.
- Support post-installation services, including training, commissioning, and after-sales support.
- Commercial & Process Improvement Support
- Work with the finance team to track project costs, variations, and payment schedules.
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements in project execution and sales handover.
- Assist in market research for new product offerings and service enhancements.
- Any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years in project execution, technical sales, or engineering roles, preferably in laboratory projects, construction, or M&E industries.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of laboratory furniture, fume hoods, high-purity gas systems, and ventilation systems.Â
- Understanding of AutoCAD, project scheduling tools, and CRM softwareÂ
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations for laboratory setupsÂ

Job Summary:
Assist Superior and Head of Department/ Section for the well-being of Civil/Electrical/Mechanical construction, maintenance and supervise work at PTP Area.
Key Duties:
- To supervise and monitor of all the maintenance, upgrading and renovation works carry out by the Contractor at PTP Area.
- To prepare monthly inspection report based on checklist planning.
- Assist Project Managers to ensure that all projects are delivered according to the specifications and requirements of the Contract, on time, and with quality.
- Update and make available project progress, status, and challenges with timely submission.
- Responsible and attend to on-call duty, major breakdown or emergency promptly.
- Shall ensure all work complied with all local legislation such as Electricity Supply Act 1990, Electricity Regulations 1994, Efficient Management of Electrical Energy Regulation (EMEER 2008), OSHA, FMA, and PTP requirements.
- To coordinate and carry out in-house maintenance and repair minor works.
- To execute any duties directed by superior from time to time.
- To attend training as conducted by the company.
- Assist Superior in ensuring all Contractors comply with PTP HSSE regulation.
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma in Civil or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 1 year experience in engineering field
- Able to assist cost estimates for work including taking data, prepare sketches and diagrams
- Able to carry-out inspection of works and provide an assessment of the works
- Review drawings and specifications pertaining to construction works and repairs
