Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, incorporating new tools and frameworks into client projects when appropriate. Assist in preparing client presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to communicate the value and impact of solutions. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum of 8 years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2-3 years in a technical leadership role. Experience in consulting or working in a client-facing role is highly desirable. Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex technical projects. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment. - The Development & Integration Lead is responsible for driving timely and high-quality delivery of development and integration work through established change management processes. He / She will collaborate with vendors to ensure the smooth operation of SAP and non-SAP applications, and work closely within the IT team and users to identify system gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Provide technical support for SAP ABAP, BTP, and Integration Suite (CPI), including interfaces with non-SAP systems across local and regional business units.
- Design, develop, and test complex ABAP solutions for projects and change requests, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate integrated solutions involving third-party systems such as NewsPage DMS and Microsoft Fabric (Power BI).
- Leverage deep technical expertise and industry best practices to deliver application solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to design, develop, and implement effective SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Manage service operations, including incident, problem, and change management, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
- Deliver change requests and enhancements within scope, budget, and timeline, including preparation of relevant documentation.
- Partner with project managers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and functional requirements.
Requirements:-
- Degree holder in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 - 5 years extensive working experience in SAP solutions and technologies.
- Experience in SAP technical integration with non-SAP applications will be preferred.
- SAP S/4HANA and Fiori in Food/Beverage Manufacturing industry solution experience will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in ABAP development and debugging, including both Classical and Object-Oriented ABAP, with hands-on exposure to key functional modules such as SD, MM, FI, etc.
- Working knowledge or hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), specifically SAP Integration Suite (CPI) for building and maintaining integrations across cloud and on-premise systems.
- Strong technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA, with experience in Fiori/UI5 application development, CDS views, and modern SAP extensibility options.
- Good understanding of SAP upgrade, transport management, and release cycles in a cloud-managed environment.
- Knowledge or experience in Accenture Newspage DMS / Microsoft Fabric and/ or Power BI development will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with other SAP BTP services will be a bonus.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good team player and process-driven, with a keen eye for detail.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
