We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Business Development Director to lead growth initiatives at our fintech company specializing in digital lending. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in financial services, a strong understanding of the digital lending ecosystem (including credit scoring, embedded finance, mobile lending, and B2B/B2C partnerships), and a proven track record of identifying, structuring, and executing commercial opportunities across Asia-Pacific emerging markets.
The Business Development Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion, and product monetization strategies. This role requires a visionary leader who combines analytical rigor, relationship-building skills, and operational excellence to scale business lines and unlock new opportunities in digital financial services.
Key responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across APAC markets
- Conduct discovery sessions with prospects to understand their business requirements and pain points
- Position the current product portfolio to fit the customer and market needs.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key prospects and existing clients
- Recommend new products to the product team to ensure product market fit and to remain competitive.
- Support the entire sales cycle from Lead to Cash with active involvement across the various sales stages.
RFP Management & Proposal Development
- Lead the creation, coordination, and submission of comprehensive RFP responses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical specifications and pricing information
- Develop compelling value propositions tailored to specific client needs and market requirements
- Ensure all proposals align with company branding, messaging, and comply with organization standards
Product Demonstrations & Presentations
- Coordinate product demonstrations and technical presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers
- Create and maintain a library of demo scripts, presentation materials, and sales collateral
Account Management & Relationship Building
- Maintain ongoing relationships with key stakeholders at target accounts
- Serve as primary account owner and technical advisor for complex deals and enterprise opportunities
- Coordinate with post-sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction
- Gather market intelligence and competitive insights to inform product and sales strategy
- Develop opportunities to cross sell / upsell within current accounts to address new segments/market requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
- At least 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles within fintech, Telecom, banking, or financial services.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in driving growth in a digital lending or credit-focused environment.
- Strong network across financial institutions, fintechs, mobile operators, and platforms.

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Director to lead and expand our Business Development function within the FX & CFDs brokerage industry.
You will be responsible for both executing individual BD initiatives and managing a team of Business Development Managers and Senior Business Development Managers to drive consistent revenue growth across key markets.

What will you do:
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Business Development Managers and Senior Business Development Managers across assigned markets.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing mentoring to develop team capabilities.

- Engage with stakeholders from IT all the way to C-level, understand the Customers' business requirements & challenges, create an IT transformation roadmap covering (not limited to) Cloud services, modern workplace and position the right support model and articulate the business value of the offering.
- Position cloud Services & future workplace advisory and/or professional services to customer depending on their requirements.
- Articulate the importance and value of adoption and change management in the customer journey towards increasing productivity. Understanding of the Microsoft 365 technologies and the role they play in enabling a secure and flexible workplace environment.
- 10+ years enterprise technology strategic sales/pre-sales experience with a good knowledge of selling cloud and digital transformation solutions, specifically around Microsoft Azure.
- Experience preparing, presenting formal proposals to customers. Leading negotiations, coordinating complex decision-making processes, and overcoming objections to closure.
- Strong knowledge in the public cloud market in Asia and strong understanding of cloud consumption economics.
- Strong Knowledge on domain around Data and Application development using Microsoft technology.
- Expertise in enterprise solution selling techniques and selling cloud-based solutions.
- Effective territory/account management and leading sales teams: planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder and executive communication, needs analysis, value engineering, services/partner engagement, opportunity management and proposal response, pipeline management, large dollar licensing and deal negotiation required.
- Experience and expertise selling to c-suite and executive business decision makers by aligning & reinforcing the value of Cloud transformation to the customer's overall business and/or strategic opportunities and decision criteria.
- Experience leading large cloud engagements, especially those involving infrastructure modernization and migration.
- Executive level speaking and presentation skills, and good written communication skills, exceptional demonstrated decision-making, conflict resolution, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Have a strong collaboration skill to engage internal and external.

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded Senior Account Associate, Strategic Planning to lead integrated digital media campaigns for a portfolio of brands in industries such as financial services, digital wallets, loyalty, and lifestyle.
This role requires a strong foundation in performance marketing, integrated media strategy, and multi-channel execution across business units. You’ll be responsible for campaign planning and performance, strategic proposals, stakeholder management, and working across a fast-paced account portfolio.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone with 2-4 years of experience, excellent campaign and timeline management skills, and the ability to own strategic responsibilities & execution
Key Responsibilities:
Media Strategy & Campaign Ownership
- Lead the development and execution of end-to-end digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic (DV360).
- Plan and manage campaigns for multiple sub-brands and business units within the client organization.
- Prioritize campaign performances conversions, and ROI — over vanity metrics.
- Own and present strategic media proposals/plan, quarterly and annual plans, and campaign rationale decks.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive media budget growth.
- Manage tight campaign timelines, pacing, and expectations across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Analyze campaign data using platforms such as Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics, Supermetrics, and ad dashboards (Meta, Google, TikTok).
- Translate campaign performance into actionable, business-oriented recommendations.
- Partner with analytics and strategy teams to strengthen reporting structures and forecasting.
- Hands-on experience with major digital channels and tools:
- Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok Ads, DV360
- Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics, Supermetrics
- Familiarity with eCommerce media and on-platform ads (Shopee, Lazada) is an advantage.
- Continuously recommend channel optimizations and test new platforms aligned with campaign goals.
- Provide daily guidance to junior team members (if applicable) on campaign execution, QA, and optimization.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital media planning and performance marketing.
- Proven ability to lead and guide junior team members.
- Track record of driving business-oriented results (ROI, revenue, acquisition) from digital campaigns.
- Background in banking, finance, loyalty, digital wallet, or e-commerce industries is a strong plus.
