As part of Customer Strategy & Design (CS&D) , you will work with team to help our clients with their Brand Experiences, Products and Services, Innovation Strategies, Digital Venturing and Customer Experience s, bridging Business and Customer strategies by design.

We help clients connect People, Product, Purpose and Profit through the use of strategy, design and technology.

You will:

  • Lead strategy & insights projects byanalyzing category, client, and customer , leveraging data and synthesizing for client recommendation
  • Effectively visualize and verbalise recommendations
  • Build strong relationships with client digital and marketing leaders to provide strategic advice on business futures
  • Lead qual itative and quantitive and secondary research
  • Responsible for developing and implementing segment marketing strategies and programs across country.
  • Through tight alignment with the sales, business and product organizations, develop and lead on market expansion initiatives to unlock new revenue channels, provide valuable market and customer insights for business growth. Be a key advisor to CS&D on go-to-market strategies.
  • With regional business and marketing directions in mind, the role will define our business plans to tap into the growth potential in the region with alignment to the go-to-market plan. Communicate plans across cross-functional teams, execute and monitor success. Provide counsel and insight to the team and see through the development of design strategie s to implementation .
  • Understand and identify key market opportunities. Lead content creation efforts. Deliver coordinated marketing programs to get results with good customer experience. Work with regional heads of Digital functional team, corporate marketing, country sales to plan a wide range of programs. Successfully driving the execution of those programs in the country.
  • Help clients identify the right key performance indicators (KPIs), highlight areas of improvement, and influence strategy
  • Lead junior team members by coaching them to both provide leverage on projects and grow their technical and communication skills
  • Accountable for leading a cross functional team , integrating product strategy, product design, together with the business and technology teams
  • Manage sales to fulfil vertical revenue with a focus on pipeline development, management, and closure to meet targets
  • Develop cross-sector go-to-market strategy in close alignment with the CS&D Service Offering.

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant business , strategy or design discipline.
  • Strong background in selling and delivering i nnovation, strategy and design projects, preferably with specific industry verticals.
  • Ability to bring, build industry and partner network to build and drive business growth. Strong track record in building, managing / exceeding sales target
  • Experience in creating boardroom strategies in an enterprise or consulting environment.
  • Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. Programme lead, business transformation lead, solution architect, project manager). Experience defining, developing requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions.
  • Experience in selling professional services
  • Ability to fostering strong relationships and operating rhythms with leaders inside and outside client and product team to implement effective user experiences. ·
  • Willing to push beyond the current capabilities and find the best solution for the business and our customers.

As a Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for building a team in a player-coach capacity – contributing to a design strategy, crafting exceptional experiences and scaling your impact by growing the people under you. You will collaborate closely with leaders across the business, executing end-to-end design initiatives.

What will you do?

The Product Design Lead supports trading platforms for the capital markets business. This is one of the most valuable areas in the company and the hiring standards will reflect that:

Responsibilities

  • Hire Senior Designers and create an environment where they can thrive.
  • Set quality standards for the team.
  • Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback from end users.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, traders, engineers, and executive leaders to drive complex, strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate complex information using interaction design tools, including user flows, wireframes, etc.
  • Create prototypes, presentations, and videos to showcase product vision and get buy-in from key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to an existing design system to ensure consistency across our applications and improve the experience across the trading universe.

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years of design management experience.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams in shipping transactional experiences.
  • Strong visual eye / background in visual design.
  • Portfolio with link & password. If the portfolio is not accessible the candidate will not be considered.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS & Javascript.
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking methodology.

Nice-to-haves:

Your Job

Responsible for developing and executing the global strategic direction for assigned customer accounts. What You Will Do

  • Support NPDs, MODs, standard options, and legacy product maintenance
  • Manage and deliver assigned engineering projects successfully
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer-aligned solutions
  • Coordinate multiple projects with Engineering, Manufacturing, AQP, Tooling, and Reliability
  • Lead technical efforts to meet design and production requirements
  • Create and maintain models, drawings, specs, DVP&Rs, and test documentation
  • Develop expertise in assigned product families (e.g., PSD, PDD, PK, PS, AS, TS)
  • Organize and prioritize tasks independently with supervision as needed
  • Align daily activities with organizational goals and the PBM framework
  • Manage engineering changes through ECRs and ECNs

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Fundamental understanding of Product Design & Development principles
  • Knowledge of material selection for plastic and metal components, considering mechanical, thermal, electrical, and environmental factors
  • Basic grasp of Electrical Engineering concepts
  • Familiarity with SAP and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to lead and contribute to virtual meetings
  • Self-motivated and quick learner, able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Skilled in planning and following project timelines, including contingency planning
  • Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving
  • Ability to build strong collaboration, communicate effectively, and contribute to positive team dynamics
  • Awareness of Agile and Scrum methodologies

Product design plays a central role in the way we build products. We take broad concepts, utilize research and data, and turn them into useful and valuable products and features.

As the Lead Product Designer at Finexus, you will own Product Design outcomes - owning quality & excellence across these teams. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Guide Product Design outcomes and set direction across teams.

  • Manage, mentor and lead a team of Product Designers, setting standards and best practices so that work is consistent.
  • Ensure we build the right solutions - addressing value, usability, feasibility and viability, and any necessary trade-offs with minimal waste, while safeguarding goals.

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Customer Experience Transformation, Product & Design leads the strategic development and execution of customer experiences projects and initiatives across priority touchpoints for Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG). Responsibilities include collaborating with respective touchpoint leads (across the ground experience, in-flight and F&B), the CX Quality and Audit team (to integrate critical customer insights) in support of the Group’s subsidiaries of Airline, Aviation Services and Loyalty. Strong leadership is required to build a skilled team and ensure the highest standards of excellence in the customer journey.

Key Accountability

Strategic Planning and Transformation Management

  • Leads and inspires the team to achieve the vision of an ideal customer journey.
  • Develops strategies for a seamless customer journey and experience across priority touchpoints (Face-to-Face and Digital Channels), create supporting business cases, and implementation plans that is aligned with business objectives and brand standards.
  • Oversees the overall / end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to testing and commercialization, with detailed recommendations and implementation plans.
  • Stays updated on industry trends, consumer insights, competitor benchmarks, and best practices to maintain competitiveness and drive business growth.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker with problem-solving, multitasking, and leadership abilities to build high-performing teams and meet deadlines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership

  • Aligns products with brand and business goals by using customer insights, market trends, and technology advancements through cross-department collaboration.
  • Collaborates with internal business units to ensure seamless experience project and initiatives implementation across touchpoints (Face-to-Face and Digital Channels), gaining buy-in and ensuring operational readiness through pilots, POCs, testing, implementation, and evaluations
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to ensure smooth implementation.

Performance Measurement and Continuous Improvement

  • Monitors implementation timelines, tracks KPIs and performance, and adjusts strategies as needed for optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders for a strong working culture aligned with corporate principles while enhancing productivity, efficiency, and teamwork.
  • Identifies and provides training opportunities to upskill team members, ensuring they are equipped with both technical and soft skills required for success.

Qualification & Working Experience

  • Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics / Management etc. with more 10 years experienced in strategic transformation program design and delivery, customer experience management, product development, culture change and employee engagement, and marketing with extensive cross-functional business interaction with in-depth understanding of financials.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to take the lead in our user experience design initiatives. This role requires a visionary who can independently drive comprehensive UI/UX design strategies, utilizing the latest trends and methodologies for both design and user testing.

  • Develop UI mock-ups and high-fidelity prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and create original graphic designs.
  • Produce final design solutions ranging from banners, interfaces, presentations, and infographics, from drafts to prototypes.
  • Pitch creative ideas that enhance projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to launch designs.
  • Take on special design tasks to support multiple projects.
  • Facilitate design project discussions and workshops with users and stakeholders from business, tech, and marketing.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gain deep customer insights to co-create with users and stakeholders.
  • Develop user experience design and customer journey design where required.
  • Apply Design Thinking processes in projects and collaborate with stakeholders to translate customer needs into effective design prototypes

Your skills and experience:

  • 5-8 years or more experience in UX/UI space ideally in financial services space
  • Experience with design software (e.g. InVision, Figma), graphics editing tools (e.g. Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator) and user journey tool (e.g. smaply, mural)
  • Experience in sprint participation, prototyping tools, understanding in design thinking methodologies
  • Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, mobile-first, responsive design, bootstrap
  • Storytelling skill via presentation (PowerPoint)
