We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to take the lead in our user experience design initiatives. This role requires a visionary who can independently drive comprehensive UI/UX design strategies, utilizing the latest trends and methodologies for both design and user testing.

You will demonstrate high-quality design practices, conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design challenges, and illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the visualization of complex information and concepts in a simple and effective way across design channels and touchpoints.
- Independently manage a variety of design projects from concept to completion.
- Understand project requirements and concepts, producing engaging design solutions.
- Develop UI mock-ups and high-fidelity prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and create original graphic designs.
- Produce final design solutions ranging from banners, interfaces, presentations, and infographics, from drafts to prototypes.
- Pitch creative ideas that enhance projects.
- Collaborate with team members to launch designs.
- Take on special design tasks to support multiple projects.
- Facilitate design project discussions and workshops with users and stakeholders from business, tech, and marketing.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gain deep customer insights to co-create with users and stakeholders.
- Develop user experience design and customer journey design where required.
- Apply Design Thinking processes in projects and collaborate with stakeholders to translate customer needs into effective design prototypes
Your skills and experience:
- 5-8 years or more experience in UX/UI space ideally in financial services space
- Experience with design software (e.g. InVision, Figma), graphics editing tools (e.g. Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator) and user journey tool (e.g. smaply, mural)
- Experience in sprint participation, prototyping tools, understanding in design thinking methodologies
- Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, mobile-first, responsive design, bootstrap
- Storytelling skill via presentation (PowerPoint)

At least 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, art direction or creative production (agency or in-house).

Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite — particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
An interest in writing or shaping narratives and copy — you’re comfortable editing text for meaning, clarity and tone.
Familiarity with content approval workflow solution like Adobe Workfront or Veeva Vault is a plus (training will be provided)

Detail-oriented with strong time management and adaptability across multiple deadlines.

content designer with a strong eye for craft
— someone who can shape both the message and the medium. You will be creating visually compelling, brand-aligned assets for omnichannel integrate campaigns that span social, print, booths, and digital. This is a creative-operational role: you will also support content management and review cycles within regulated platforms (training will be provided). It is perfect for a designer who is as thoughtful about how content works as they are about how it looks. What You’ll Do You will be part of the Creative and Content team humanizing the brand from inside out.
You will report to the Creative and Content lead for the region. Conceptualize and design high-impact marketing materials: from digital banners and social posts to large-format visuals.
Develop clear, human-centered visual content pieces that simplifies complex medical terms, features, benefits without losing emotional connection to the target audience.
Contribute to ideation, shaping narratives and visual stories while working within the team.
Assist in content approval processes through approval tools, with training provided.
Support content readiness and localization across the entire region. You will have the chance to create content for a varied range of countries like Japan, India, Korea, Australia, South-East Asia, learning to adapt content to match market insights. And keeping current on trends in healthcare, medtech marketing, content design, and even AI-assisted creativity.
What You’ll Bring At least 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, art direction or creative production (agency or in-house).
A strong portfolio demonstrating your eye for layout, typography and visual storytelling.
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite — particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
An interest in writing or shaping narratives and copy — you’re comfortable editing text for meaning, clarity and tone.
Familiarity with content approval workflow solution like Adobe Workfront or Veeva Vault is a plus (training will be provided)
An eye for design craft and hierarchy, to ensure content resonates with target audience.
Detail-oriented with strong time management and adaptability across multiple deadlines.
Curious, resilient and purpose-driven; you find joy in creating meaningful content that helps real people, driving real impact.
Willingness to learn new platforms and tools (no prior experience needed).
Familiarity with AI/LLM tools is a plus.
Multi-lingual proficiency in a language from the Greater Asia region is a plus.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in optics, physics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with optical design software such as Zemax, Code V, or LightTools.
- Strong understanding of optics and optical design principles.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members and work independently as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Design and optimize optical systems using Zemax software.
- Conduct simulations and analysis of optical systems to evaluate performance metrics such as image quality, aberrations, and efficiency.
- Select appropriate optical components for the optical system design.
- Collaborate with other members of the optical design team to ensure that the optical design meets project requirements and timelines.
- Create and maintain documentation related to the optical system design.
- Conduct tests and validation of optical systems to ensure that they meet design specifications and performance requirements.
