• Communication & Collaboration: A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, combined with strong analytical thinking.

UI/UX Designer Overview

This position offers you the opportunity to collaborate with Singapore’s public agencies as part of their digital transformation, shaping intuitive and impactful user experiences. You will be working within an agency as part of its design and product team , collaborating closely with Product Managers, Frontend Developers, and QA Testers. Experience & Skills Required Experience: 4–7 years Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end visual design efforts from concept to final delivery.

• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups , and interactive prototypes .

Our company is seeking a talented UI/UX Developer to join our growing team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user experiences and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
As a UI/UX Developer, you will be responsible for:

• User Research & Analysis : Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
• Wireframing & Prototyping : Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• UI Design : Design engaging and functional user interfaces, ensuring consistency across all platforms and adherence to brand guidelines.
• UX Strategy : Contribute to the overall UX strategy and product roadmap, translating business requirements into user-centered design solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Usability Testing : Plan and conduct usability tests to identify and address user experience issues.
• Design System Management : Contribute to and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Stay Updated : Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs remain current and competitive.

Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Proven Experience & Portfolio : Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Design Tools Expertise : Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite).
• UI/UX Principles : In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
• Information Architecture : Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction design.
• Problem-Solving & Detail : Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Communication & Collaboration : Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Front End Development : Ability to perform Frontend Development in VueJS / ReactJS / React Native / Flutter is an added advantage.
