Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in RTL design (Verilog/System Verilog), FPGA prototyping, simulation, synthesis, and timing analysis.
SoC Knowledge: Familiarity with SoC architecture, IP integration, and bus protocols like AMBA, AXI, and PCIe.
Project Leadership: Proven experience leading end-to-end chip design projects, with a preference for 5 or more successful complex chip tape-outs.
Design Flow Understanding: A solid grasp of the complete ASIC design flow, from requirements to tape-out, including interactions between front-end and back-end processes.
Tool Skills: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., for simulation, synthesis, verification) and scripting languages (e.g., TCL, Perl).
Leadership & Mentoring: Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring skills, with a proven history of developing engineering talent.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

In this position, you will join our Buildings business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of projects. - Taking responsibility for delivery of projects from initial design, through to construction and final review.
- Be the point of contact for the client team on day-to-day project matters.
- Lead a large project design team, oversee and coordinate the work of a team multi-disciplinary engineers, designers and drafters. Engineering disciplines to be managed and coordinated include mechanical and electrical, civil, structural, security, architectural and ICT.
- Working in collaboration with other design disciplines, locally and regionally to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
- Lead the multi-disciplinary team in the production of design documentations including detailed design drawings, specifications, design report, calculations, BIM models, and other technical documents.
- Chair internal and external design meetings.
- Managing projects or project components, budgets, schedules, quality assurance and client feedback and ensuring effective communication of any changes/modifications.
- Assisting in workload management and resource forecasting and involved in preparation of proposal documentation.
- Reviewing and ensuring compliance, including drawings, reports, specifications, survey, access, and preparation of appraisals.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, recognizing, and developing potential business opportunities.
- Applying an understanding of construction/engineering project management principles to plan and deliver infrastructure projects of varying complexity.
- Managing work programmes to ensure that they are delivered to client expectations, timeframes and specifications.
- Engaging with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
- Supporting multiple concurrent projects across the entire life cycle, including planning, design verification, tendering, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling and risk management.

What can you bring to the team?

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with at least 10 years’ relevant experience in Buildings Mechanical or Electrical Design, installation and testing and commissioning, and leading delivery of multi-disciplinary projects in modern commercial and industrial buildings. Data Centre Experience will be preferred.
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead a large project team on technical delivery.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Sufficient experience to demonstrate intermediate to advanced knowledge of relevant engineering codes, standards, and practices.
- Organized approach and ability to accept increased responsibility and produce accurate and detailed work.
- High level of computer literacy and exposure to BIM / Revit will be highly desired, with advanced problem-solving skills through investigation and analysis.
- Literacy in the use of digital tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Naviswork, BIM360 and drive BIM processes.
- Strong ability in navigating 3D BIM model to review multi-disciplinary design, identify issues, provide solutions and delegate the design team to resolve them.

What you will do:
Responsible in achieving company objectives by working with Applied Sales team & to seek potential customers in local market and maintain good relationships with the stakeholders of air-conditioning solutions projects.
How you will do it:
- Understand customers’ requirements for air conditioning equipment and solutions.
- Provide heat load calculations and estimation to customers base on standards, requirement and application.
- Prepare air Conditioning equipment selection, costing and budgetary to customers base on the required specifications.
- Conduct technical and product presentations to consultants & end users virtually and physically.

- Prepare weekly sales report & project tracking record to analyze and track the status of the projects.

- Integrate business strategy and develop specific objectives for Business within Singapore and extend to SEA region. Work with leadership team to define the optimal engagement model for an early engagement and sales opportunity and engage with Heads of sales wherever appropriate to support the model.
- Lead the development of client relationships with owners, developers, consultants and contractors to improve JCI positioning and ultimately command customer preference.
- Create a healthy mid-long term pipeline of projects for HVAC solutions through spec-in activities and key accounts/vertical development efforts.
- Study and analyze competitive environment to prepare monthly updates to Sales Leaders in SEA and in countries with information relevant to their markets.
- Assess, develop and maintain updated market share data in each country with objectives to grow JCI market participation year over year.
- Develop client-specific engagement and implementation proposals.
What we look for:
- Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Mechanical engineering and HVAC engineering or Electrical / Electronic engineering
- 5+ years’ operating in a pre-sales environment, shaping and scoping large and complex implementation projects
- Experience delivering consulting services, including team leadership, active involvement in selling professional services and enterprise-level project or program management experience
- Possess senior level relationship in the building technologies market to support Sales Team in their sales efforts
- Demonstrated technical and/or functional aptitude, and ability to engage with architects/owners/consultants or SME into pre-sales activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in working in a client advisory role
- Demonstrated ability to influence a group audience, facilitate solutioning and lead discussions such as implementation methodology, Road mapping, Enterprise Transformation strategy, and executive-level requirement gathering sessions
- Good at problem-solving, and possess analytical and critical thinking skills to tackle complex scenarios
