Role Overview: Responsible for end-to-end management of Neural Processing Unit (NPU) and SoC design, including team leadership, module implementation, and full process optimization.

• Lead the overall architecture definition and module-level microarchitecture design of NPU/SoC.

How you will stand out:

• Over 8 years of SoC development experience and 3+ years of NPU development experience. Capable of independently handling complex module design. Candidates with complete NPU tape-out experience are preferred.
• In-depth understanding of CNN/Transformer models and computing logic, with strong knowledge of hardware mapping and system-level performance optimization (e.g., memory bandwidth, computing efficiency).
• Deep understanding of advanced computational algorithms and data processing workflows.
• Proficient in Verilog and C; familiar with UVM verification methodology. Experienced with Linux OS and front-end EDA tools such as Spyglass, Design Compiler (DC), PrimeTime (PT), VCS from Synopsys/Cadence/Mentor. Skilled in scripting languages such as Tcl, Perl, Python.

Product design plays a central role in the way we build products. We take broad concepts, utilize research and data, and turn them into useful and valuable products and features.

As the Lead Product Designer at Finexus, you will own Product Design outcomes - owning quality & excellence across these teams. You will work in a collaborative fashion, exploring the needs of our users and creating impactful solutions for the business. This role will report directly to the Director of Strategy.

• Guide Product Design outcomes and set direction across teams.

Background

Candidates should have the following essential qualifications and experience:

• At least BEng. (Hons.) in Electronics or similar
• Strong electrical design and debug skills required
• Familiar with PCIe, NVMe, SAS, SATA, I2C, SPI, DDR buses
• SDRAM timing and integrity analysis for clocks, strobes, S&H, Power bounce, temp stability
• Hands-on design knowledge of latest peripheral chipsets for Gigabit Ethernet, SCSI, SATA, SAS, USB, Ethernet, & PCI cards etc.
• High performance RISC / X86 CPUs and architecture including Intel, AMD, MRVL
• Proficient in using various test and measurement equipment including but not limited to Oscilloscope, Impedance analyzer, Power meter, Signal analyzer, Spectrum analyzer
• Qualify alternative components for compatibility, cost effectiveness and benchmarking

This is a 'hands-on' role requiring a strong technical background and product development experience. Duties Identify technical issues, troubleshoot and resolve them by coordinating with R&D, Manufacturing and Field teams Participate in customer technical meetings and prepare training programs for internal subordinates. Hardware validation of Networking, Storage, Server products against customer’s infield issues, requirements and Mfg. issues during NPI or RMA System validation including DVT (Design Validation Trial), SPIT (Signal, Power, Integrity & Timing) environmental & regulatory approval. Qualify alternative components for compatibility, cost effectiveness and benchmarking Support Manufacturing Engineering and Test Engineers on trouble shooting and resolving technical issues and root cause analysis Work with software teams to identify root cause of system failure Ability to install software such as Linux based Operating Systems, ONIE, BIOS, BMC, SES Proficient in using various test and measurement equipment including but not limited to Oscilloscope, Impedance analyzer, Power meter, Signal analyzer, Spectrum Background Candidates should have 8+ years' experience in either Network, Storage or Server products. Candidates should have the following essential qualifications and experience: At least BEng. (Hons.) in Electronics or similar Strong electrical design and debug skills required Familiar with PCIe, NVMe, SAS, SATA, I2C, SPI, DDR buses SDRAM timing and integrity analysis for clocks, strobes, S&H, Power bounce, temp stability Hands-on design knowledge of latest peripheral chipsets for Gigabit Ethernet, SCSI, SATA, SAS, USB, Ethernet, & PCI cards etc. High performance RISC / X86 CPUs and architecture including Intel, AMD, MRVL Proficient in using various test and measurement equipment including but not limited to Oscilloscope, Impedance analyzer, Power meter, Signal analyzer, Spectrum analyzer Qualify alternative components for compatibility, cost effectiveness and benchmarking System validation including DVT (Design Validation Trial), SPIT (Signal, Power, Integrity & Timing) environmental & regulatory approval. Work with software teams to identify root cause of system failure Working knowledge of windows & Linux configuration, installation procedure, network configuration, driver configuration etc. Working knowledge of Diag, ONIE, BIOS, BMC, Linux and Windows operating systems Knowledge of the following would be desirable: Experience of working in medium sized multidisciplinary development teams Ethernet Switches, Server, Storage products Orcad Schematics & Allegro PCB layout tools Personal Attributes The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual capable of working with a minimum level of supervision in a dynamic team environment. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer engineering or related field and 7+ years of experience Or a master’s degree in electrical/computer engineering or related field and 6+ years of experience. Experience in micro-architecture (clocking, reset, power, etc) definition & debug. Good knowledge of PCIe/CXL or high-speed serial interface protocol, such as USB or Ethernet. 5+ years of RTL coding and/or IP integration experience into SoC design. Experience in design related tools such as LINT, CDC, PT-STA, Fishtail, Power UPF etc & design concept such as data flow, algorithm state machine, finite state machines, and timing charts. Knowledge on FPGA background would be a plus. Highly motivated individual, team player with good communication skill.
