Role: Insurance Advisor (Full-Time/ Part -Time)Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients and understand their financial needs
- Recommend suitableinsurance, medical, and savings plans
- Deliver excellentcustomer service and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Keep up-to-date with financial products and industry changes
- Maintain ethical and professional standards
- Able to communicate well inTamil (additional languages are a plus)
- Minimum SPM with 5 credits (Diploma or Degree preferred)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales-driven and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in sales, insurance, or finance is an added advantage
- Monthly income ranging fromRM 3,000 to RM 18,000 (commission-based)

- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses to address customer requirements effectively.
- Develop and sustain positive, fruitful relationships with business and customer networks.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and complaints to enhance overall satisfaction. Foster continuous improvement by actively seeking and integrating feedback.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- 8+ years sales experience in medical devices, ideally in dental industry with proven track record achieving targets and demonstrate extensive salesmanship;
- Working with Channel Partners / Distributors in the market to develop the business via market coverage and market penetration;
- Working with Scientific Education & Evidence and Clinical Specialist teams to enhance clinical education in the market and conduct relevant educational and training activities;
- A proactive approach to identifying and seizing market opportunities;
- Ability to negotiate and influence decision-making processes;
- Strong organizational skills with a capacity for managing multiple priorities;
- Adept at working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
