As a Project Manager of the social media team for our technology client, you'll be the main point of contact for social campaign execution across APAC. You'll act as the crucial link between senior stakeholders and the social team, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on-brand. We're looking for a proactive, self-starter who can quickly pivot to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to manage expectations and bring order to complex projects is essential.

The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Solution Architects to join our growing Financial Services Core Banking Team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role is ideal for professionals at the Director level who will lead the transformation of legacy Silverlake systems to modern cloud-native banking platforms, shaping the future of retail and SME banking technology while ensuring seamless migration with minimal business disruption.
Your Key Responsibilities
Core Banking Transformation
- Lead solution architecture for migration from legacy core systems (e.g., Silverlake SIBS) to cloud-native platforms.
- Design a comprehensive transformation roadmap with phased migration.
- Develop target state architecture supporting retail and SME banking operations.
- Ensure alignment with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and growth objectives.
Technical Architecture & Design
- Architect microservices-based, API-first cloud-native solutions on AWS/Azure.
- Design scalable infrastructure for high-volume banking transactions.
- Implement modern patterns: event-driven architecture, containerization, serverless computing.
- Establish integration architecture for digital channels, payments, and third-party services.
Migration Planning & Execution
- Develop progressive migration strategies.
- Lead data migration planning, mapping, and quality assurance.
- Design cutover management, rollback procedures, and business continuity planning.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Stakeholder Management
- Present architectural recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Provide expert consultation on technology selection and implementation.
- Act as a trusted advisor on architectural decisions.

Ideally, You'll Also Have
- Experience with next-gen core banking platforms (e.g., Thought Machine, Mambu, Temenos).
- Knowledge of AI/ML integration for fraud detection and risk assessment.
- Familiarity with real-time processing systems and event streaming (Kafka, Apache Pulsar).
- APAC banking market experience and regulatory knowledge.
- Background in fintech partnerships and embedded banking solutions.
What We Look For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT.
- TOGAF certification preferred.
- AWS/Azure Solution Architect certification required.
- 8–12 years of banking technology experience, with 5+ years in solution architecture.
- Proven experience in Silverlake SIBS implementation or migration.
- Deep understanding of core banking modules and successful transformation projects.

As a Senior Social Media Analyst supporting our client, you’ll play a pivotal role in owning measurement and analysis of their social campaigns and how it fits in the broader social marketing campaigns. Your primary focus will be creating engaging and cutting-edge social strategies targeted toward enterprises. You will work across APAC to deliver methodological and intelligent campaign and competitive performance insight reports coupled with social listening insights to provide real-time feedback to shape social content strategies. It’s imperative to be a self-starter, dynamic with a can-do attitude. This opportunity would suit someone knowledgeable and skilled in social media analytics, marketing measurement, and analytics, with solid spreadsheet skills, a love of data, and an interest in exploring new ways of using data to drive business value.
Responsibilities- Set up, operationalise and develop social media listening and analysis, as a program, in APAC for key business units and markets.
- Ensure timely, smooth, and insightful delivery of processes, measurement, and listening projects.
- Manage or help build new tools, develop best case practices and manage relationships (internal, external partners) within the social listening and analysis space.
- Implement and advocate for use of consistent and globally aligned measurement standards and methodologies.
- Lead selected key campaign measurement projects with Owned, Paid and Earned Social data for the local market and/or product teams.
- Uncover data-based insights, drive experiments with marketing teams, and iterate to find winning social strategies.
- Translate complex analytics to easy-to-understand and insightful recommendations for internal marketing teams and relevant agencies working on Social.
- Report on social program performance on a regular basis, in addition to weekly listening and reporting.

- Capable of visualising data and storytelling to improve decision making, drive action, and raise relevant provocations for marketers.
- An appreciation of structure, operational clarity and simplicity in everything you do.
- A strong understanding and knowledge of relevant social platforms and their data.
- Proven ability to set campaign goals, KPIs and targets.
- The ability to be self-sufficient, stay motivated and be positive in an often fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills while having a proactive attitude.
