Role Description: Domain Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the overall successful delivery of products within the Domain, coordinating across product teams, and ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Product delivery leads manage the resources and drive efficient execution to deliver high-quality products.

Key Outputs/ Deliverables

  • Continuously evaluating and refining delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Ensuring that products are delivered within the agreed-upon timelines, meeting end-user expectations and business objectives
  • Facilitating effective collaboration between different product teams, functions, and key stakeholders involved in the product delivery process
  • Reviewing key artefacts to ensure that they are of sufficient quality and end-to-end solution is documented and maintained
  • Identifying and managing potential risks that could impact product delivery, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring contingency plans are in place
  • Efficiently allocating resources, budgets, and tools, to optimise productivity and ensure a successful delivery cycle
  • Management of third parties / implementation partners, including contract / Statement of Work reviews

  • On-time delivery: the percentage of products delivered within the agreed-upon timelines
  • Average time taken from the start to the completion of product delivery to identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency.
  • End-user satisfaction (satisfaction levels with the delivered products and identify areas for improvement)
  • Resource utilisation (budget, personnel, and tools, to ensure efficient allocation and maximise productivity)
  • Number of defects or issues encountered in delivered products to evaluate quality control processes

Key Interactions/ Stakeholders

  • Collaborating closely with Product Domain Leads to understand product vision, roadmap, and requirements, ensuring alignment between product strategy and delivery activities
  • Interacting with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, testers, and analysts, to facilitate collaboration, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth execution of product delivery tasks
  • Engaging with key stakeholders, such as business, architects, and end-users, to gather feedback, provide updates, and manage expectations, ensuring that the delivered product meets their needs and aligns with business objectives
  • Facilitating agile practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the Domain delivery teams
  • Promoting a culture of learning and improvement by gathering feedback, analysing delivery performance metrics, and implementing iterative changes to enhance the product delivery process

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Functional:

  • Strong understanding of product management principles
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Ability to engage and manage relationships with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management principles, including creating project plans, managing timelines, and mitigating risks

Technical:

  • Expertise in SAP Supply Chain Solution (MM, Procurement, IM, EWM, TM) with integration knowledge of SRM solutions like Coupa, ARIBA, and S&OP tools such as Kinaxis.
  • Strong understanding of continuous integration and deployment practices, tools, and methodologies
  • Ability to analyze data, metrics, and performance indicators
  • Familiarity with quality assurance and testing processes, methodologies, and tools
  • Proficiency in using and leveraging agile project management tools and technologies
  • Strong understanding of the technical aspects related to the product being delivered

  • Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

  • Drive ERP, integration, reporting, testing, data migration, and cutover activities.

2. Project Governance & Methodology

  • Apply regional PMO governance standards, tools, and documentation practices.

  • Support the working committee and local MY &SG leadership team on status meeting & update

7. Day-to-Day Project Coordination

  • Manage local meeting invites and scheduling.
  • Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings (MOM).
  • Coordinate logistics for visitors and onsite activities.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5–10 years of experience working with ERP systems,
  • Proven expertise in ERP for Finance and Supply Chain is essential, ideally with Dynamics 365.
  • Strong experience in project coordination and stakeholder engagement across business and IT teams.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to convey complex topics clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management—able to build trust, influence decisions, and manage expectations.
  • Detail-oriented and accountable—takes ownership of deliverables and follows through with precision.

The Project Delivery Lead is responsible for the successful execution of the Dynamics 365 rollout within Malaysia and Singapore.   • Drive ERP, integration, reporting, testing, data migration, and cutover activities.

Position Overview:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Senior Manager to support Finance and Accounting offerings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Finance & Accounting landscape in Malaysia and proven leadership abilities to effectively manage multiple clients and ensure the successful delivery of services.

Responsibilities:
  • Deeply focused on client success, attuned to client sentiments, business priorities and challenges, and how our work can help them achieve their goals
  • Accountable for rigorous project management, ensuring scope, timeline, risk and quality management in accordance with Accenture delivery principles, policies and standards
  • Establishes strong client relationships and credibility by deeply understanding client needs, defining a client-centric view of delivery success, and quickly closing the loop on all client requests/feedback
  • Builds/engages high performance teams, ensuring the right talent strategy (mix, skills, capacity), clear expectations and ways of working across locations, and clarity of purpose on project goals and outcomes
  • Pursues ongoing delivery innovations and improvements using industry/domain acumen to contextualize Accenture’s evolving capabilities and thought leadership within the client environment
  • Drives follow-on work by focusing on up-selling and/or cross-selling the contract
  • Brings the best of Accenture to client priorities/challenges by pulling in the right experts and solutions from across the Accenture ecosystem
  • Proactively brings new ideas and innovation to our clients that underscore Accenture’s differentiation and value add
  • Leverages delivery excellence, client trust, and deep understanding of client priorities as Accenture’s best credential, opening up opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell the contract
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance related operation, with at least 5+ years in leadership.
  • Familiar with RTR, PTP, OTC finance BPO operation. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of developing and executing effective strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with data analysis and interpretation proficiency to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
