Work with the Account Manager and Operation Team to ensures the baseline documents for the services provided to client are up to date. Manage service delivery and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for assigned client(s) ensuring that Ensign’s obligations are met. Provide and presents the report to client based on the agreed format and period of reporting. Work with the Operation Team to manage and track incident affecting the assigned client, keeping client updated on the incident progress until the incident is closed. Strong business acumen and customer focus. Demonstrate the drive to excel and achieve goals. Self-motivating and pro-active in heading off problems and in identifying new opportunities on the account for Ensign. Strong analytical and problem skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems. Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience

• 7+ years of consulting, design and implementation of serverless distributed solutions experience

• 5+ years of cloud based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system experience

• 7+ years of external or internal customer facing, complex and large scale project management experience

• Bachelor's degree

Job Summary:
The Strategic Delivery Consultant will lead key projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget, within scope, and supporting strategic management and communication. They will oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring feasibility.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Lead and manage the tender process from initiation to completion, including preparations, analysis/evaluation, communication and facilitation of selection and award.
• Take an active role in strategic management including executing the communication plans across relevant audiences.
• Prepare and deliver management reports, dashboards and presentations to communicate project and strategic initiative progress and prioritization.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of work experience, including a minimum of 5 years in proven project management including implementations in both Waterfall and Agile environments or strategy management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Project management including Agile certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in managing teams and motivating team members.
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships.

This role is pivotal in ensuring our solutions meet and exceed customer expectations and leading Zeroe’s efforts within the carbon accounting space. You will play a critical leadership role, advising customers on their sustainability journeys, contributing to our marketing content, and serving as a prominent advocate for adopting Zeroe's solutions.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in leading the delivery and implementation of Zeroe’s platform, closely aligning with customer business objectives, climate goals, and regulatory requirements. Ensure that implementations are tailored to meet specific customer needs effectively.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, facilitating comprehensive support throughout their decarbonization journey with Zeroe. Provide expert advice on climate commitments, carbon accounting, and the regulatory landscape.
• Support the management of project timelines and deliverables under the direction of the Climate Solutions Delivery Manager. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and exceed customer expectations.
• Develop and deliver tailored customer training sessions designed by the Delivery Manager. Continuously assess and respond to customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and ensure effective use of Zeroe’s platform.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all project activities, customer interactions, and implementation processes. Provide regular reports to the Climate Solutions Delivery Manager to ensure transparency and inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights and content that highlight the successes and functionalities of customer implementations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the latest developments in climate technology and carbon accounting standards. Advocate for Zeroe’s solutions in various forums, enhancing the company's visibility and reputation in the sustainability sector.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills in project management, customer relations, and specific industry knowledge relevant to climate solutions delivery.

The Candidate

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering, with a strong grasp of combustion engines and fuel technology.
• Minimum two years of experience in the fields of fuels, energy, or engine technology.
• Must have experience with greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories.
• Relevant industry certifications in project management, GHG accounting, or energy technology.
• Knowledge of business technology solutions and their interoperability with other platforms is a plus, including SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics
• Fluency in English and the ability to communicate comfortably with internal teams and customers is key to success in this role.

About The Role

You will lead the development of a portfolio of technology solutions, ensuring their design and architecture are scalable, efficient, and high-performing. This role focuses on building robust systems that support long-term growth and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

Solution Design

• Translate business and functional requirements into effective system solutions.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of new applications and enhancements to existing systems.
• Serve as the IT/technical lead for medium to large-scale projects and initiatives that support business growth.
  
  

Software Development

• Develop high-quality code following established best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct unit and system integration testing (SIT) prior to user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide support during UAT and resolve any issues that arise.
• Deliver second-level production and incident support in collaboration with first-level support teams.
  
  

IT Application Management

• Execute mid- and short-term strategic plans in response to evolving business needs.
• Conduct thorough technical assessments to support risk evaluation processes.
• Ensure deployments follow defined change and release management protocols.
• Monitor system health and ensure application availability through proactive controls.
• Manage initiatives and projects to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Maintain complete and accurate Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation for all initiatives.
• Ensure timely resolution of second-level incidents in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  
  

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 1–5 years of experience in IT application development, with 3–5 years in a supervisory role within the supported IT domain (application design and development for digital systems).
• Proven experience in executing IT projects, with strong expertise in system application design and technology implementation.
  
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with middle management, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of insurance business operations, including distribution channel models.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
  
  

Core Competencies

• Proficient in developing applications using VB.NET or Java.
• Strong experience in writing and optimizing stored procedures.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server, Sybase, and Oracle, including T-SQL.
• Familiarity with architectural styles and APIs (e.g., RESTful APIs).
• Experience with Customer Communication Management tools or related projects involving SMS, email, and printing solutions.
  
  

Preferred Competencies

• Basic knowledge of Unix and WebSphere Application Server.
• Familiarity with Java Servlets, Unix Shell Scripts, Windows Batch Scripts, and SFTP.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience working in Azure Cloud environments.
