With respect to People Services (PS) operations in the Budapest Hub, the following areas are covered on a European or Global scale:

**Main responsibilities:**
+ Lead and manage a team of People Data Stewards, overseeing data stewardship activities
+ Serve as the primary data owner for People Data assets
+ Establish data sharing protocols from Sanofi's Snowflake data foundation
+ Catalog and maintain Workday data elements and provide security classifications
+ Lead stakeholder management related to data governance
+ Oversee data ownership processes and accountability
+ Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and work closely with the Global Data Privacy Officer to implement appropriate data protection measures
+ Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity
+ Drive people data quality initiatives and monitoring
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data quality issues and implement solutions
+ Provide guidance and support to team members in their professional development and project execution
+ Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data stewardship and governance methodologies

+ 5+ years of experience in data stewardship and governance roles, implementing data governance in enterprise environments
+ Demonstrated success in team leadership roles
+ Strong People Data understanding
+ Expertize in data governance concepts, such as data catalog, data foundation, data ownership and data quality
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and recommend effective solutions
+ Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
+ Strong communication skills to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner
+ Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively within cross-functional teams
+ Degree in Information Science, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field
+ Experience in Informatica Cloud Data Governance Catalog and Snowflake Data Foundation or similar

- Lead root cause analysis for data errors or anomalies and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate periodic data audits and cleansing initiatives.
Team & Process Management
- Supervise and guide a team of data analysts or data operations executives.
- Develop work plans, KPIs, and schedules for efficient data workflow and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with IT, compliance, and customer service teams on data-related issues or enhancements.
System Integration & Automation
- Support the integration of new data sources or partners via APIs, SFTP, or batch processing.
- Drive automation of data pipelines, ETL (extract, transform, load) processes and data integration processesto collect data from different sources, clean and format it, and store it in a usable format in a data warehouse or database
- Create reporting tools to improve operational efficiency.
Reporting & Documentation
- Generate operational and exception reports for internal use and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory reports and maintain data traceability and audit trails.
- Prepare presentations and dashboards for management review.

The Data Management Coordinator ensures that accurate and up-to-date data is collected, consolidated, and maintained from all of the organization’s social work programs. This role works closely with program staff to standardize reporting formats, verify data accuracy, and maintain an organized, secure database, and impact measurement.
Job Requirements Key ResponsibilitiesData Coordination & Collection
- Act as the central point of contact for all program data.
- Collect monthly data from social works programs.
- Ensure all program teams submit data in a consistent format and on time.
Data Entry & Updating
- Maintain an accurate and updated central database for all social work programs.
- Regularly verify and clean data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Work with program staff to correct errors or fill missing information.
System Management
- Develop and improve data collection templates, guidelines, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality policies.
- Work with IT or software providers to troubleshoot and improve database tools.
Education & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Data Management, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data collection, entry, and reporting.
- Experience in the nonprofit or social service sector is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Experience with Google Sheets or cloud-based data tools.
- Knowledge of basic data analysis and visualization.
Other Skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills to explain data needs and findings.
