About The Role

The Digital Data Specialist’s role is responsible for managing, analyzing and optimizing data across various digital platforms to improve accuracy and consistency, improving customer experience and streamlining operations. You will work with the global and regional digital and marketing team(s), supporting teams, and external vendors to launch campaigns on time and within budget.

This position is pivotal in enabling the business to deliver high-quality, consistent product information to customer and partners; supporting digital transformation and commercial success.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize product data across multiple digital channels, focusing on PIM, to ensure seamless integration and accessibility
• Manage end-to-end digital projects to ensure alignment with business objectives;
• Implement best practices for PIM processes, enhancing workflows and maximizing data usability for increased efficiency
• Lead the ongoing management of digital interfaces, including PIM and digital customer engagement tools;
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving discrepancies;
• Present innovative ideas to improve the customer digital experience;
• Provide training and ongoing support to team members on PIM tools and effective data management practices;
• Oversee relationships with digital agencies, managing day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules;
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital assts against goals (ROI and KPIs);
• Identify trends and insights;
• Optimize spending and performance based on the analytical insights;
• Collaborate with Digital, Marketing, IT and other teams to integrate the PIM system with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms, facilitating seamless data flow.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in digital data management, preferably with PIM systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing digital projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, data analytics, and customer engagement platforms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

The Student Data Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of student admissions data.

This role supports the Admissions team by managing and maintaining data integrity within our systems, assisting with reporting and dashboards, and contributing to the development of improved processes, automations and documentation.

The specialist will work closely with key stakeholders to support the admissions lifecycle and drive data-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities included the following:

Admissions Data Processing & CRM Updates

• Process application reports from roster files and update CRM records accordingly.
• Manage updates from partner systems and ensure accurate reflection of application changes in student records.
• Apply data cleansing activities, including identifying and closing invalid, duplicate, or spam leads.
• Update lead statuses for students who don’t meet entry criteria or are not active prospects.
• Maintain accurate data in relation to teaching terms, including plan term updates post-census.
• Provide support to the Admissions team by resolving CRM data issues or escalating them appropriately.

Tools, Dashboards & Tracker Management

• Create and maintain study trackers each term, including updates as new data becomes available.
• Support dashboard creation and maintenance, including development of new dashboards and views in the Cloud CRM.
• Ensure access for new starters to relevant dashboards and views.

Reporting & Insights

• Produce reports that monitor admissions metrics and advisor performance,
• Contribute to process improvements through data-driven insights and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a data, administration, or education-related field.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience working in student admissions, administrative operations, or a related role in higher education.
• Demonstrated ability to work with complex data sets and high attention to detail.
• Proven track record of supporting teams through data-driven processes and reporting

Technical/Further Skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
• Advanced CRM user (eg. creating views, dashboards)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Oversee and optimize product data across multiple digital channels, focusing on PIM, to ensure seamless integration and accessibility Manage end-to-end digital projects to ensure alignment with business objectives; Implement best practices for PIM processes, enhancing workflows and maximizing data usability for increased efficiency Lead the ongoing management of digital interfaces, including PIM and digital customer engagement tools; Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving discrepancies; Present innovative ideas to improve the customer digital experience; Provide training and ongoing support to team members on PIM tools and effective data management practices; Oversee relationships with digital agencies, managing day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules; Measure and report on the performance of all digital assts against goals (ROI and KPIs); Identify trends and insights; Optimize spending and performance based on the analytical insights; Collaborate with Digital, Marketing, IT and other teams to integrate the PIM system with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms, facilitating seamless data flow.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in digital data management, preferably with PIM systems. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience managing digital projects and working with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, data analytics, and customer engagement platforms. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Master Data Specialist is responsible for supporting Manufacturing and Sales plants with the creation, extension and changes to Master Data to ensure accurate and speedy provision of approved products for sales and operations to support the Business Unit strategic direction. You would be able to participate in Kaizens or events to further improve the Master Data processes.

This position reports to the Team Lead, Master Data Specialist and is part of the centralized Master Data Management team located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Pall Corporation and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Complete Material data creation for new sales within agreed SLAs. Complete Material data extension of existing data within agreed SLAs. Provide daily support of plants with Master data queries or problems Load Mass maintenance requests, utilizing the most appropriate tool. Provide global communication of any data quality and completeness changes.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Knowledge of Material Master Data General SAP knowledge Experience in using workflow tools

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint Some experience in SAP’s Master Data Governance is preferable

Maintain and update master data records across SAP systems to ensure accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with internal teams to gather, validate, and input data in line with company policies. Support the accounting and finance department by resolving master data-related queries and discrepancies. Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures. Monitor data quality and perform regular audits to identify and correct errors. Prepare reports and documentation related to master data management activities. Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and process improvements involving master data. Communicate effectively with Korean-speaking stakeholders to address master data requirements. The Successful Applicant A successful Master Data Specialist (Korean Speaker) should have: Diploma/Degree or relevant certification preferred. Fluent in Korean (speak, read, and write preferred); TOPIK Level 4 or above preferred. SAP experience is required; Salesforce knowledge is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing data records. Experience in master data management or related accounting and finance processes. Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices. Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in using relevant accounting or ERP systems.
