Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • proven experience in large-scale enterprise technology, platform operations, or security engineering.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD practices, DevOps workflows, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., AWS CDK, Azure Bicep).
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, Agile methodologies, and enterprise governance.
  • Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, and Flink.
  • Proficient in working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native data tools (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks).
  • Programming expertise in SQL, Python, or Scala, with experience in data platform engineering.
  • Solid knowledge of distributed systems, data modeling, and data warehousing architecture.

Core Skills

  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure, AWS, Databricks, and Palantir.
  • In-depth knowledge of data ingestion pipelines, data governance, and security practices.
  • Proven ability to support multi-cloud environments—balancing cost, performance, and resiliency.
  • Familiarity with distributed query processing, performance tuning, and data indexing.
  • Exposure to both batch and real-time data streaming architectures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience operating in complex, regulated enterprise environments with a focus on compliance and risk management.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven data workflows and automation in data engineering contexts.

What should you do?

  • Develop and implement a data product innovation strategy that aligns with business goals and customer needs to generate new revenue for the business.
  • Identify and conduct research to assess new data product innovation opportunities, whether in terms of trends and market positions, consumers, competitors, stakeholders, or third parties
  • To oversee all end-to-end data product development and innovation lifecycle. This includes end-to-end product conceptualization, design, POC, go-live and post launch fixes.
  • Define data product requirements and work closely with Business Data Intelligence, marketing and internal stakeholders to develop and launch following the product innovation lifecycle.
  • Track data product performance and gather user and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions for future improvements.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as business development & partnerships, marketing, sales, customer care and operations to ensure successful partnership integration and customer management.
  • Work with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure excellent delivery of proposed services or solutions to customers.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Communicate the data product vision and strategy to stakeholders and ensure alignment across the organization.

Who should join us?

  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in product management including, understanding the customer, requirement analysis, product design and offering development, pricing, competitive analysis, etc.
  • Experience in data analytics or business intelligence is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to analyze market data and user feedback to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate product vision and requirements.
  • Understanding of data analytics, software development and user channel platforms.
  • Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Capability to work with cross-functional teams and to ensure end-to-end delivery of initiatives.
