  • Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to improve the DevOps process.
Job Requirements

Qualification & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2 to 4+ years of experience as a Database Administrator or in a DevOps role with strong database responsibilities .
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Microsoft SQL Server .
  • Proficiency in SQL scripting and database performance tuning , including query optimization, indexing, and resource management.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based database services (e.g., Amazon RDS , Aurora, Azure SQL, or Google Cloud SQL).
  • Familiarity with database version control and automation tools (e.g., Liquibase , Flyway , or custom CI/CD database pipelines).
  • Strong understanding of backup and recovery strategies , replication , and high-availability (HA) setups .
  • Experience implementing database security best practices , including encryption, access control, and auditing.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Cloudwatch, Datadog).
  • Working knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) for database provisioning and configuration.
  • Basic familiarity with CI/CD concepts and how database workflows integrate into application deployment pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of Linux/Unix environments , especially for hosting and managing databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Description

IT Support Specialist Level 2 Engineer will provide day-to-day local desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot, and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing system. The candidate will also need to facilitate customer resolution for calls and engage their supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts within the IT Support Centre. Desktop Support Engineer provides Break Fixes, fault diagnosis, and resolution. Providing fault analysis to customers’ various core operating systems and platforms, as well be able to provide support and apply desktop fault resolution for the approved application suite. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience in Windows Desktop support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
  • Work with Third Party Vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
  • Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
  • Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2010, Cisco Jabber, another authorized desktop application.
  • Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system, to support Apple pc users.
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot for printers, and computer hardware.
  • Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers.
  • Performs remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
  • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software.
  • Broad experience in IT with a basic understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices, and Telecoms.
  • This position requires the ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
  • CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better.
  • Minimum of 4 years of IT experience.

The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and IT assistance to end users. This role requires someone with strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach. Job Description IT Support Specialist Level 2 Engineer will provide day-to-day local desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot, and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing system. The candidate will also need to facilitate customer resolution for calls and engage their supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts within the IT Support Centre. Desktop Support Engineer provides Break Fixes, fault diagnosis, and resolution. Providing fault analysis to customers’ various core operating systems and platforms, as well be able to provide support and apply desktop fault resolution for the approved application suite. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience in Windows Desktop support. Key Responsibilities: Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues. Work with Third Party Vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed. Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution. Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2010, Cisco Jabber, another authorized desktop application. Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system, to support Apple pc users. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot for printers, and computer hardware. Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers. Performs remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment. Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software. Broad experience in IT with a basic understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices, and Telecoms. This position requires the ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better. Minimum of 4 years of IT experience. Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions, and Helpdesk ticketing systems. Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices, Enterprise encryption solutions, and Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory. Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to multitask, effectively determine priorities, and meet SLAs. Excellent communication relationship-building and internal customer service skills. Adaptable and flexible in a fast-changing industry and work environment. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

  • Provide third-level support for our print environment, with a focus on:
    - Troubleshooting print servers and queues
    - Diagnosing hardware and software issues, particularly with multi-function printers
    - Resolving network connectivity problems and protocol-related challenges
    - Optimizing print workflows and job management processes
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, VBScript, Batch) to automate tasks, integrate systems, and enhance our print services, such as:
  • - Distribute configuration files and resources to servers globally
    - Apply global configuration changes efficiently
    - Clean up legacy files and maintain system hygiene
    - Support e-fax automation and other digital workflow
  • Collaborate with the architecture teams to integrate new features and functionality into the print environment.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues using various tools, including reading logfiles, debug logs, network captures, and system monitoring software.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and potential security threats to ensure the continued performance, security, and efficiency of the print environment.


Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or any equivalent course.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support role in a multi-function printing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Windows Server and Windows 10.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, and Batch.
  • Experience with print server management, print queue configuration, and print device troubleshooting, especially multi-function printers.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and SNMP.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • IT person responsible in Trim and Probe area(Wafer Test Probing) for administration, configuration & end-user supports.
  • Responsible for installing and configuring, modifying and upgrading of the System that use for production such as hardware, software, network and related services according to checklist and procedures.
  • Managing and troubleshooting of system(Sun OS, Windows) breakdown during time frame given.
  • Improve process for trim and probe system flow and automate some area to reduce manual flow.
  • Developing software for automation solutions.
  • Supporting existing software solutions and legacy systems, providing extensions when needed.
  • Provide weekly report for system breakdown history.
  • Provide document or training to technical support.
  • Participate in on-call support 24x7 for manufacturing support.

Requirements:

Minimum:

  • Possess a Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Proficient in English with good documentation skills.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision coupled with strong integrity skill.
  • Practical knowledge on Unix, Linux, Windows OS technologies.
  • Practical knowledge on Sun workstation and windows desktop equipment.
  • Willing to learn on ADI systems.

Desired:

  • Experience with Unix, Redhat, Windows OS.
  • Experience with programming interface.
  • Experience with SQL Server, other DBMS will be a plus.
  • Knowledge in Unix, Redhat(5,6,7) Command.
  • Knowledge in developmental languages such as C#, PYTHON, SQL, PERL.
  • Unix/Linux certified highly desirable.
