- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Monitor and analyze database performance, identifying bottlenecks and tuning queries, indexes, and configurations to ensure optimal operation.
- Collaborate with Development teams to integrate database performance, versioning, and migration best practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Implement high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), replication, and backup strategies to maintain data integrity and continuity.
- Ensure database and data security through encryption, access control, audit logging, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to improve the DevOps process.
Qualification & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2 to 4+ years of experience as a Database Administrator or in a DevOps role with strong database responsibilities .
- Proven experience managing and optimizing relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Microsoft SQL Server .
- Proficiency in SQL scripting and database performance tuning , including query optimization, indexing, and resource management.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based database services (e.g., Amazon RDS , Aurora, Azure SQL, or Google Cloud SQL).
- Familiarity with database version control and automation tools (e.g., Liquibase , Flyway , or custom CI/CD database pipelines).
- Strong understanding of backup and recovery strategies , replication , and high-availability (HA) setups .
- Experience implementing database security best practices , including encryption, access control, and auditing.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Cloudwatch, Datadog).
- Working knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) for database provisioning and configuration.
- Basic familiarity with CI/CD concepts and how database workflows integrate into application deployment pipelines.
- Solid understanding of Linux/Unix environments , especially for hosting and managing databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Experience with ancillary physical security measures (IP intercom, analytics, perimeter security, etc.) is desirable.
- Strong knowledge and skills in system administration and Windows client.
- Basic troubleshooting techniques for low voltage systems, such as ground faults, shorts, and use of test equipment like a multimeter.
- Ability to create and maintain basic scripts for process automation and digitalization.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Good proficiency in English.

Job Description
IT Support Specialist Level 2 Engineer will provide day-to-day local desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot, and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing system. The candidate will also need to facilitate customer resolution for calls and engage their supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts within the IT Support Centre. Desktop Support Engineer provides Break Fixes, fault diagnosis, and resolution. Providing fault analysis to customers’ various core operating systems and platforms, as well be able to provide support and apply desktop fault resolution for the approved application suite. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience in Windows Desktop support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
- Work with Third Party Vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
- Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
- Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2010, Cisco Jabber, another authorized desktop application.
- Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system, to support Apple pc users.
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot for printers, and computer hardware.
- Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers.
- Performs remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software.
- Broad experience in IT with a basic understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices, and Telecoms.
- This position requires the ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better.
- Minimum of 4 years of IT experience.
- Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions, and Helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices, Enterprise encryption solutions, and Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory.
- Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to multitask, effectively determine priorities, and meet SLAs.

Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Provide third-level support for our print environment, with a focus on:
- Troubleshooting print servers and queues
- Diagnosing hardware and software issues, particularly with multi-function printers
- Resolving network connectivity problems and protocol-related challenges
- Optimizing print workflows and job management processes - Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, VBScript, Batch) to automate tasks, integrate systems, and enhance our print services, such as: - Distribute configuration files and resources to servers globally
- Collaborate with the architecture teams to integrate new features and functionality into the print environment.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues using various tools, including reading logfiles, debug logs, network captures, and system monitoring software.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and potential security threats to ensure the continued performance, security, and efficiency of the print environment.
- Apply global configuration changes efficiently
- Clean up legacy files and maintain system hygiene
- Support e-fax automation and other digital workflow
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or any equivalent course.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support role in a multi-function printing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Windows Server and Windows 10.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, and Batch.
- Experience with print server management, print queue configuration, and print device troubleshooting, especially multi-function printers.
- Familiarity with network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and SNMP.

- Responsible for installing and configuring, modifying and upgrading of the System that use for production such as hardware, software, network and related services according to checklist and procedures.
