Job Description

The Reference Data Specialist is responsible for instructions of client deliverables, codingand data input validation focusing on specific industry/category or set of categories (e.g. Beverages, Food, Health and Beauty Products). As a Reference Data Specialist at NielsenIQ, you create and deliver client outputs in a correct and timely manner.

• Responsible for instructions of client deliverables, coding and data input validation focusing on specific industry/category or set of categories.
• Does cross coding and item-related quality checks on a daily basis
• May act as a back-up to other coders when needed; conduct physical store check to validate item-related information
• Keep track/document special instructions related to category assignment
• Plan and execute a complex daily personal workload and support to meet departmental and company schedules
• Ensure accuracy throughout the process, from validation before database setup to managing samples, and identify areas for improvement
• Answer external questions and act as a liaison with everyone from clients to stakeholders; To be able to identify, investigate and coordinate the resolution of data, process, or product related queries
• Willing to be trained to be a category expert

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin / Statistics or any relevant subjects
• Fresh graduate or with 1 year – 2 years’ experience in data and operational areas are welcome
• FMCG background or experience as an encoder is a plus.
• Able to work as part of a team in a multicultural environment
• Passionate in data. A high degree of accuracy ,good analytical skill and logical thinking.
• High level of accountability and willingness to take ownership.
• Eager to learn and willingness to grow.
• Excel is mandatory; One or more of the following would be added advantage : (SQL, R or Python)
• Proactively, willing to voice out and share opinion
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Job Description

The Senior DPA is responsible for implementing and enhancing operational processes and standards in the country x region . This includes overseeing quality performance and resolving issues while continuously driving improvements. The role also focuses on ensuring Right First Time delivery to enhance client satisfaction.

• Ensure the quality performance monitoring, reporting, and analysis of the respective Operations department.
• Participate in quality improvement plans such as Quality Walk, Quality Focus Meetings, Root Cause Analysis activities, and Operational Excellence programs when required.
• Work with the quality team on first-time right and cycle time reporting alongside the operations team to identify focus areas.
• Ensure appropriate communication and escalation of issues to relevant senior stakeholders.
• Lead the resolution of operational issues in collaboration with other pillars by focusing on issue correction and prevention through Quality Focus and Root Cause Analysis.
• Provide expert advice to the BAU team on difficult queries, ensuring sufficient workaround or testing is done before escalating to the Enablement team.
• Maintain close links with Enablement and Ops leaders to ensure quality and delivery standards are met or exceeded, alongside high levels of customer satisfaction on product content.
• Collaborate with DO to manage the QEM inventories (including Cycle time) through QEM Admin and entry of all RCAs in QEM through QEM Admin.
• Prepare materials on a monthly and quarterly basis for Ops review with Global and Regional LT.
• Lead and manage quality system improvement initiatives to ensure proper deployment and ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in operations
• Extensive knowledge of operational processes, systems and SOPs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate requirements clearly to stakeholders within and outside of Operations - ability to translate technical detail as required for audience
• Proven organizational skills and the ability to work within a cross-functional team
• Project management skills - ability to accurately scope project requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain a strong say/do ratio
• Process driven - ability to define and refine processes to ensure continual improvement in quality and productivity

This Data Processing Specialist isresponsible for data input validation and data cleaning focusing on specific industry/category or set of categories (e.g., Beverages, Food, Health and Beauty Products). As a Data Processing Specialist of Input Validation function at NielsenIQ,you support the create and deliver client output deliveries in a correct and timely manner, supporting Taiwan market.

• Be the contact for commercial queries, leading the resolution in a client-focused and timely manner in cooperation with Client Liaison and Commercial teams. To be able to identify, investigate and coordinate the resolution of data, process or product related queries
• Plan and execute a complex daily personal workload and support to meet departmental and company schedules
• Analyze and identify gaps and areas for improvement in coding, data input validation and client instructions environments (CIP - Consumer Information Platform) and drive the convergence of processes and tools
• Providing accurate and timely feedback to respective country teams, driving SOP and use of best-demonstrated practices
• Working across relevant Operations/Enablement teams to ensure delivery to client expectations and satisfaction
• Operate in a virtual/multi-cultural environment, liaising with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems/ IT/Statistics/ Mathematics/ Economics/ Business or equivalent degree
• Fresh graduate or with 1 year experience in operational areas
• Excellent organization skills, aptitude to work in a team and meet deadlines
• A high degree of accuracy, proactivity, and attention to detail
• Good analytics skills and aptitude for data and operational processes
• Project management aptitude (critical path, task sequencing, problem-solving, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Traditional Chinese as to support Taiwan market.

Job Description This Data Processing Specialist is responsible for data input validation and data cleaning focusing on specific industry/category or set of categories (e.g., Beverages, Food, Health and Beauty Products). As a Data Processing Specialist of Input Validation function at NielsenIQ, you support the create and deliver client output deliveries in a correct and timely manner, supporting Taiwan market. Be the contact for commercial queries, leading the resolution in a client-focused and timely manner in cooperation with Client Liaison and Commercial teams. To be able to identify, investigate and coordinate the resolution of data, process or product related queries Plan and execute a complex daily personal workload and support to meet departmental and company schedules Analyze and identify gaps and areas for improvement in coding, data input validation and client instructions environments (CIP - Consumer Information Platform) and drive the convergence of processes and tools Providing accurate and timely feedback to respective country teams, driving SOP and use of best-demonstrated practices Working across relevant Operations/Enablement teams to ensure delivery to client expectations and satisfaction Operate in a virtual/multi-cultural environment, liaising with stakeholders Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems/ IT/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Economics/ Business or equivalent degree Fresh graduate or with 1 year experience in operational areas Excellent organization skills, aptitude to work in a team and meet deadlines A high degree of accuracy, proactivity, and attention to detail Good analytics skills and aptitude for data and operational processes Project management aptitude (critical path, task sequencing, problem-solving, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Traditional Chinese as to support Taiwan market. Familiar Excel, vlook-up, chart, spreadsheets, and table . Python / R language (advantage ) Additional Information
