Major Accountabilities
- Perform or ensure data cleansing tasks are completed on time
- Complete data collection for manual/construction objects on time
- Work together with IT counterparts to prepare value mappings
- Create and maintain master lists if applicable for assigned objects
- Provide business insights and information to technical teams for extraction and conversion from the legacy system(s) for assigned data objects
- Work together with IT team and country Business Data Owners to identify objects in scope for country
- Ensure data readiness & verify quality throughout data journey for assigned data objects
- Verify that data is fit for purpose (incl. alignment with internal/external stakeholders)
- Approve upload files before and after load for all assigned data objects (including formal approval)
- Perform manual (type-in) data loads into target clients where applicable for assigned objects
- Perform dual maintenance
- Execution and approval of data verification scripts
- Act as SPoC for assigned objects as part of defect management process during Hypercare
- Data Cleansing completion for relevant data objects on project(s) within the region based on given data migration schedule
- Data Loads completion for relevant data objects on project(s) within the region based on given data migration schedule
- All major issues related to data quality for relevant data objects resolved based on given project(s) schedule
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree preferred
- Fluent English (additional languages preferred)
- 5+ years in country & global roles (ERP project implementation experience preferred)

We are looking for a curious and motivated Junior Data Management Engineer with foundational experience in machine learning to join our growing data team. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is eager to contribute to data engineering tasks while gaining hands-on exposure to machine learning workflows. You'll help ensure data pipelines are optimized for analytics and ML model development, supporting both operational and strategic decision-making.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Work with multiple stakeholders to identify, diagnose and resolve manufacturing process related problems such as quality excursions, manufacturing excellence and cost improvement.
- Responsible to perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) from different data sources and perform correlation find out the best variables for Fault Detection (FD), Prediction and Run-to-Run modelling setup.
- Responsible to setup ETL pipeline for data integration from different sources to databases.
- Assist in implementing basic machine learning models (e.g., regression, classification) under guidance.
- Monitor data quality and support model performance tracking in production.
- Design and develop machine learning (ML) applications to implement in manufacturing process.
- Build dashboards and reports to visualize process variables, ML outputs and business KPIs.
- Document data flows, ML pipelines, and model metadata for transparency and reproducibility.
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or machine learning.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Basic Python programming skills, particularly for data analysis (e.g., pandas, NumPy).
- Understanding of machine learning fundamentals (e.g., supervised learning, model evaluation, overfitting).
- Exposure to building or assisting in ML models using libraries like scikit-learn or TensorFlow.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Spotfire, Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Experience working in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), especially with ML tools like SageMaker or Vertex AI.

Job Description
- Manage the Information and Data hand-over to the client of project information and documentation in accordance with the agreed procedures
- Monitor all Information and Data interfaces with Client or other third parties to ensure requirements are addressed, and coordinate with adequate stakeholders if necessary
- Coordinate/Advise all the project teams (e.g. Engineering, Supply Chain, Completion & Commissioning, and subcontractors) to ensure information and data requirements are understood and complied with
- Coordinate with Engineers or each discipline members to ensure the information/data quality within the schedule
- MODEC started to focus on complying with Information and Data Management requirements, and understanding from different departments/stakeholders are crucial, so we need someone who can really involve departments and work closely to build not only protocols but also an organizational understanding and culture towards Information and Data Management
- Coordinate with Digital/IT team to ensure that the Project DB and Tools are properly setup as per project requirement
- Enterprise Data Platform/Data Management Program and Information and Data Management related tools are under development from scratch in MODEC, hence great collaborator to provide necessary input/feedback to Digital/IT team is required (need wholistic and long-term view to contribute to the enterprise level architecture, rather than solely standing on the project requirements view)
- Identify issues related to data quality, and coordinate with/support stakeholders populating the data to eliminate the issues
- Monitor data quality KPIs to reflect the Project Information and Data Management status
- 5-8 years experiences or Information Management position in Oil & Gas filed EPC contractor
- Background of either Mechanical, Piping, Electrical or Instrument Engineer experience in EPC contractor would be a big plus
- Background of Mechanical Completion & Commissioning Coordinator, CMMS Engineer or Application Engineer (AVEVA)
- Engineering/Science bachelor or master’s degree
- Good understanding of systems and software related EPCI and O&M (e.g. AVEVA, SAP, EDMS, Completion, CMMS)

**Job Description**
We are looking for a curious and motivated Junior Data Management Engineer with foundational experience in machine learning to join our growing data team. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is eager to contribute to data engineering tasks while gaining hands-on exposure to machine learning workflows. You'll help ensure data pipelines are optimized for analytics and ML model development, supporting both operational and strategic decision-making.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Work with multiple stakeholders to identify, diagnose and resolve manufacturing process related problems such as quality excursions, manufacturing excellence and cost improvement.
+ Responsible to perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) from different data sources and perform correlation find out the best variables for Fault Detection (FD), Prediction and Run-to-Run modelling setup.
+ Responsible to setup ETL pipeline for data integration from different sources to databases.
+ Assist in implementing basic machine learning models (e.g., regression, classification) under guidance.
+ Monitor data quality and support model performance tracking in production.
+ Design and develop machine learning (ML) applications to implement in manufacturing process.
+ Build dashboards and reports to visualize process variables, ML outputs and business KPIs.
+ Document data flows, ML pipelines, and model metadata for transparency and reproducibility.
**Qualifications**
REQUIRED:
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
+ 0-2 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or machine learning.
+ Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
+ Basic Python programming skills, particularly for data analysis (e.g., pandas, NumPy).
+ Understanding of machine learning fundamentals (e.g., supervised learning, model evaluation, overfitting).
PREFERRED:
+ Exposure to building or assisting in ML models using libraries like scikit-learn or TensorFlow.
+ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Spotfire, Power BI, Tableau).
+ Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
+ Experience working in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), especially with ML tools like SageMaker or Vertex AI.
+ Exposure to ML lifecycle tools like MLflow, DVC, or Kubeflow.
+ Familiar with semiconductor manufacturing process, control system functions, manufacturing system (MES/RMS) and communication protocols such as SECS-GEM is an added advantage.

Job Description
Manage the Information and Data hand-over to the client of project information and documentation in accordance with the agreed procedures Monitor all Information and Data interfaces with Client or other third parties to ensure requirements are addressed, and coordinate with adequate stakeholders if necessary
Coordination with stakeholders
Coordinate/Advise all the project teams (e.g. Engineering, Supply Chain, Completion & Commissioning, and subcontractors) to ensure information and data requirements are understood and complied with Coordinate with Engineers or each discipline members to ensure the information/data quality within the schedule MODEC started to focus on complying with Information and Data Management requirements, and understanding from different departments/stakeholders are crucial, so we need someone who can really involve departments and work closely to build not only protocols but also an organizational understanding and culture towards Information and Data Management Coordinate with Digital/IT team to ensure that the Project DB and Tools are properly setup as per project requirement Enterprise Data Platform/Data Management Program and Information and Data Management related tools are under development from scratch in MODEC, hence great collaborator to provide necessary input/feedback to Digital/IT team is required (need wholistic and long-term view to contribute to the enterprise level architecture, rather than solely standing on the project requirements view)
