BOM Management

- In coordination with the Engineering and other team members to identify data required and inform of missing data needed to complete any projects.
- Work closely with key business stakeholders including Engineering, to ensure that BOM lists are constantly maintained and evolve in line with recent modifications or changes.
- Work with engineering to ensure correct BOMs are being used real time following product changes.
- Compiling material list for MRP import.
- Maintain reports and data to ensure information is up to date.
- Performs other related duties as required and or as assigned.

- To generate and prepare all types of reports required by the management and other users of inventory reports.
- To generate and publish weekly and monthly KPI Reports to the management.

Data Quality & Accuracy
- Monitor, improve and execute data accuracy, consistency, and completeness through automated and manual quality checks.
- Lead root cause analysis for data errors or anomalies and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate periodic data audits and cleansing initiatives.
Team & Process Management
- Supervise and guide a team of data analysts or data operations executives.
- Develop work plans, KPIs, and schedules for efficient data workflow and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with IT, compliance, and customer service teams on data-related issues or enhancements.
System Integration & Automation
- Support the integration of new data sources or partners via APIs, SFTP, or batch processing.
- Drive automation of data pipelines, ETL (extract, transform, load) processes and data integration processesto collect data from different sources, clean and format it, and store it in a usable format in a data warehouse or database
- Create reporting tools to improve operational efficiency.
Reporting & Documentation
- Generate operational and exception reports for internal use and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory reports and maintain data traceability and audit trails.
