Responsibilities

Acts as point-of contact between Operations and internal client services / clients to manage end-to-end (E2E) operational queries and support to clients. Acts as secondary point of contact in the absence of the team lead in managing E2E operational queries and deliverables. Delivers databases and outputs based on client specifications on time and at expected quality, as well as engaging with stakeholders.

  • Responsible for the timely provision of data in the highest quality according to the agreed service level and requirements
  • Process defined reports, schedules and processes by adhering to defined procedures, delivery schedules, and SLAs
  • Acts as the clients' advocate within NOC by providing feedback on clients' needs, and challenging internal processes to best deliver on those needs
  • Provide constructive input to Process Owners / Team Leads / Operations Manager to optimize and improve Operations effectiveness
  • Understand the relationship of assigned processes to both upstream and downstream processes to guarantee clean data is delivered by eliminating the need for re-work from any Operations team
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science/ Computer Science/ Business Information Systems or IT equivalent
  • At least 3 years experience in data operations
  • Excellent organization skills, ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
  • A high degree of accuracy, proactivity and attention to detail
  • Good analytics skills and aptitude for data and operational processes
  • Project management aptitude (critical path, task sequencing, problem solving, etc.)
  • Common business language knowledge (English): speaking and writing with fluency
  • Good in Python, SQL and Excel, R advantageous

Ability to comprehend, explain and assure the quality of IMS, manage documents, and master database and use of Information System & Tech Knowledge, analyze data & manage use of information and use data for decision making. Aware and understand on the quality assurance and control.
