- Manage day-to-day Salesforce system administration, including account creation for new hires, coordinating on system enhancements, and providing training for general users.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, Excel models, and performance reports for stakeholders across business functions.
- Run ad-hoc data analyzes and reporting requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Translate data into clear business insights, trends, and recommendations, applying strong business acumen.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis, including industry news, customer performance, segment trends, and regional economic dynamics.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and materials in PowerPoint to support leadership discussions and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, communicating effectively in English, with proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin to engage with Asia headquarters and regional stakeholders.
- Work closely with finance and commercial teams, applying financial knowledge to support reporting and analysis.
- Continuously improve data processes, reporting automation, and business insights delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect data insights to broader strategic and commercial implications.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to extract, analyze, and interpret data quickly and accurately.
- Experience with Microsoft Lists/Forms and working with structured/unstructured datasets.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively across finance, IT, sales, marketing, and engineering teams; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin highly preferred.
- Experience in market research, competitor intelligence, or industry analysis.
- Ability to prepare executive-ready reports and presentations.
- Experience in the semiconductor or IP&E industry is a significant advantage.
- Exposure to Oracle ERP and Databricks is a plus.
- A background in finance or familiarity with financial concepts is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
