Work you'll do
Deloitte is seeking a CDI Executive/Senior Executive to support the firm in their Client Relationship Management (CRM) function & operations. This role will be instrumental in driving our digital transformation efforts, enhancing user adoption, and enabling data-driven decision-making across SEA. The successful candidate will provide frontline CRM support, manage data integrity, and contribute to CRM reporting and training initiatives.
Roles and responsibilities
- Participate in Deloitte's digital transformation projects by promoting user adoption, improving data capture practices, and delivering meaningful business insights.
- Act as first line of support for CRM related enquiries, troubleshooting and requests from SEA users.
- Maintain and enhance the CRM support model by streamlining processes and implementing improvements.
- Monitor and maintain data quality within the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Develop reports/dashboards using Salesforce, and Excel.
- Investigate and resolve data or reporting issues in a timely manner, working closely with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist the CDI Director in managing the pursuit funding program, including applications tracking, reporting usage, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support for ad-hoc CRM projects or initiatives as required.

Experience and educational requirements

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage
- Familiarity with concepts like Macro/SQL/HTML/Python a plus
- Attention to detail and enjoy working with data
- Diligent in execution and ability to think critically
