We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented

Data Entry Specialist

to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date material master records in our ERP system. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring data quality that supports our supply chain, procurement, and finance operations. Key Responsibilities Identify and remove obsolete or duplicate material records from the master database. Merge redundant entries while preserving historical and relevant data. Update missing information such as material descriptions, units of measure, and supplier details. Generate and analyze reports on data quality, inconsistencies, and cleansing progress. Correct data entry errors, including inaccurate product codes or naming. Review and clean up trade vendor master data; identify inactive vendors. Audit and manage outstanding or incomplete purchase orders. Support material master extension to new storage locations. Assist with batch management activation and data classification. Maintain accurate historical records and ensure confidentiality. Provide support on system-related tasks and ad hoc projects as needed. Job Description

This Data Processing Specialist is responsible for data input validation and data cleaning (PH market), focusing on specific industry/category or set of categories (e.g., Beverages, Food, Health and Beauty Products). As a Data Processing Specialist in Input Validation at NielsenIQ, you support creating and delivering client outputs accurately and on time.

• Be the contact for commercial queries, leading resolution in a client-focused and timely manner in cooperation with Client Liaison and Commercial teams. Identify, investigate, and coordinate the resolution of data, process, or product-related queries.
• Plan and execute a complex daily workload to meet departmental and company schedules.
• Analyze and identify gaps and areas for improvement in coding, data input validation, and client instructions environments (CIP - Consumer Information Platform), driving process and tool convergence.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to country teams, driving SOPs and best practices.
• Work across relevant Operations/Enablement teams to ensure delivery meets client expectations and satisfaction.
• Operate in a virtual/multi-cultural environment, liaising with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate or with up to 1 year of operational experience.
• Excellent organizational skills, team-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• High accuracy, proactivity, and attention to detail.
• Good analytical skills and aptitude for data and operational processes.
• Project management skills (critical path, task sequencing, problem-solving).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Excel, including vlook-up, charts, spreadsheets, and tables.

Job Description

The Senior DPA is responsible for implementing and enhancing operational processes and standards in the country x region . This includes overseeing quality performance and resolving issues while continuously driving improvements. The role also focuses on ensuring Right First Time delivery to enhance client satisfaction.

• Ensure the quality performance monitoring, reporting, and analysis of the respective Operations department.
• Participate in quality improvement plans such as Quality Walk, Quality Focus Meetings, Root Cause Analysis activities, and Operational Excellence programs when required.
• Work with the quality team on first-time right and cycle time reporting alongside the operations team to identify focus areas.
• Ensure appropriate communication and escalation of issues to relevant senior stakeholders.
• Lead the resolution of operational issues in collaboration with other pillars by focusing on issue correction and prevention through Quality Focus and Root Cause Analysis.
• Provide expert advice to the BAU team on difficult queries, ensuring sufficient workaround or testing is done before escalating to the Enablement team.
• Maintain close links with Enablement and Ops leaders to ensure quality and delivery standards are met or exceeded, alongside high levels of customer satisfaction on product content.
• Collaborate with DO to manage the QEM inventories (including Cycle time) through QEM Admin and entry of all RCAs in QEM through QEM Admin.
• Prepare materials on a monthly and quarterly basis for Ops review with Global and Regional LT.
• Lead and manage quality system improvement initiatives to ensure proper deployment and ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in operations
• Extensive knowledge of operational processes, systems and SOPs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate requirements clearly to stakeholders within and outside of Operations - ability to translate technical detail as required for audience
• Proven organizational skills and the ability to work within a cross-functional team

To be able to identify, investigate and coordinate the resolution of data, process or product related queries Plan and execute a complex daily personal workload and support to meet departmental and company schedules Analyze and identify gaps and areas for improvement in coding, data input validation and client instructions environments (CIP - Consumer Information Platform) and drive the convergence of processes and tools Providing accurate and timely feedback to respective country teams, driving SOP and use of best-demonstrated practices Working across relevant Operations/Enablement teams to ensure delivery to client expectations and satisfaction Operate in a virtual/multi-cultural environment, liaising with stakeholders Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems/ IT/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Economics/ Business or equivalent degree Fresh graduate or with 1 year experience in operational areas Excellent organization skills, aptitude to work in a team and meet deadlines A high degree of accuracy, proactivity, and attention to detail Good analytics skills and aptitude for data and operational processes Project management aptitude (critical path, task sequencing, problem-solving, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Traditional Chinese as to support Taiwan market.
