What is the opportunity?
Our client is a specialist provider of asset services, custody, payments and treasury services. Founded in 1864, they are the 10th largest bank worldwide and the 5th in North America, as measured by market capitalization. They are among a small group of highly rated global banks and are recognized time and time again for our financial strength, market leadership and philanthropic work.
Our client has a processing centre of operational excellence supporting 10 countries across three geographical time zones employing a Global Operating Model to maximise efficiencies across times zones and supports a 24/5 operational capability. The objectives for Malaysia are to enhance the scalability of their global operations, improve service quality via their ‘centres of excellence’ and to implement/leverage standardised processes globally.
You will be supporting Europe business, working on shift hours of 5:00pm – 2:00am or 6:00pm - 3:00am.
What will you do?
- Static data maintenance, treatment of corporate actions plus any other tasks surrounding the lifecycle of all types of securities
- Perform function in line with the departmental procedures
- Maintain highest level of service quality and performance in compliance with Data Service Delivery mission and objectives
- Ensure check lists and incident reports are accurately completed within the set timeframe
- Ensure adherence to bank and team procedures
- Ensure second level review and validation of tasks accomplished by other Administrators
- Give feedback to others on errors detected while validating their tasks
- Review logbooks received from clients and prepare the necessary comments for feedback to the clients within the set timeframe
Must-have
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Willing to work on local MY holidays and follow Europe holidays
- Flexibility in working hours/ shifts in Europe time zone.
- Knowledge of different investment instrument types
- Experience in operation environment
- Knowledge in Excel VBA will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in data vendors i.e. Bloomberg and FTID will be an added advantage.

Our client has a processing centre of operational excellence supporting 10 countries across three geographical time zones employing a Global Operating Model to maximise efficiencies across times zones and supports a 24/5 operational capability. The objectives for Malaysia are to enhance the scalability of their global operations, improve service quality via their ‘centres of excellence’ and to implement/leverage standardised processes globally.
You will be supporting Europe business, working on shift hours of 5:00pm – 2:00am or 6:00pm - 3:00am.
What will you do?
- Static data maintenance, treatment of corporate actions plus any other tasks surrounding the lifecycle of all types of securities
- Perform function in line with the departmental procedures
- Maintain highest level of service quality and performance in compliance with Data Service Delivery mission and objectives
- Ensure check lists and incident reports are accurately completed within the set timeframe
- Ensure adherence to bank and team procedures
- Ensure second level review and validation of tasks accomplished by other Administrators

What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Willing to work on local MY holidays and follow Europe holidays

- Knowledge of different investment instrument types
- Experience in operation environment
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge in Excel VBA will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in data vendors i.e. Bloomberg and FTID will be an added advantage.

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Head of Delivery for Automation & Data Exchange Management who is responsible for overseeing the technical delivery and management of integration and automation initiatives. Reporting to the Head, Automation and Data Exchange Management, this role ensures the successful execution of projects by leading a team that includes a lead and developers. This role will be accountable to strategize and manage the implementation, solution design, and ensuring transition into support is done well. Additionally, the role will be a leadership role within this unit and requires team mentoring, and act as the primary decision-maker for the technical aspects of integration and automation that aligns with organizational priorities.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1.Strategic Execution and Innovation:
- Implement the strategic enterprise roadmap for integration and automation as directed by Head of Automation and Data Exchange Management.
- Identify areas of improvement within existing processes and systems, recommending innovative solutions.
- Evaluate emerging tools and technologies, advising on their suitability for organizational goals.
2. Governance, Risk Management, and Best Practices:
- Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and quality benchmarks for integration and automation projects.
- Identify and mitigate risks in projects, escalating critical issues to Head of Automation and Data Exchange Management when necessary.
- Ensure proper documentation of technical designs, processes, and lessons learned.
- Establish and implement necessary standards from industry and global governance frameworks applicable to EPF’s ecosystem.
3. Team Leadership and Management:
- Supervise and guide the overall team to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
- Assign tasks, set expectations, and monitor progress for all team members.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to enhance the team’s skills and productivity.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set development goals, and support career growth for team members.
- Work with other units within EPF and Digital Technology Division (DTD) ensuring interoperability of solutions delivered or supported.
4.Project Oversight and Delivery:
- Own the delivery of integration and automation projects, ensuring they meet quality, scope, and timeline expectations.
- Work with the lead to allocate resources effectively and manage workloads within the team.
- Act as a technical & delivery escalation point for the team, resolving complex challenges and blockers.
- Oversee project documentation, testing, and deployment processes to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensuring transition into support which includes performance and availability
5. Architecture and Solution Design:
- Define the architecture and technical strategy for integration and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with the lead to develop scalable, secure, and maintainable designs.
- Lead technical reviews to validate the architecture and design of solutions developed by the team.
- Ensure that solutions align with organizational standards, security guidelines, and compliance requirements.
6. Coordination with Stakeholders:
- Act as a key liaison between the team and Head of Automation and Data Exchange Management, providing updates on project progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and align solutions with business needs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are managed and concerns addressed.
7. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Coordinate with the lead to align integration and automation efforts with broader business objectives.
- Facilitate collaboration between developers, ensuring seamless integration between automation and other systems.
- Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., DevOps, business analysts) to ensure holistic project delivery.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualification & Experience:
- Malaysian citizen
- Pass Malay Language including oral test at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree with honours in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, which is recognized by the government institution in related field of study or qualification in related field of study which is recognized by the Government.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in integration and automation, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Understanding of key design principles.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering successful technical projects.
- Certifications in relevant integration and automation tools are a plus (e.g., IBM App Connect, API Connect, BluePrism, Certified Integration Architect, UiPath Advanced RPA Developer).
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of integration concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong expertise in integration platforms and tools (e.g., IBM, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar).
- Advanced knowledge of automation technologies (e.g., BluePrism, WLA, UiPath, Selenium, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience in APIs, microservices, and middleware technologies.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or PowerShell).
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and other related practices.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, MQ, threading, and caching mechanisms.

**Responsibilities**
Duties
+ Coordinate implementation and support efforts for new and existing Oracle data centers
+ Onsite vendor management to deliver build out of data center infrastructure
